This vacation home is located in the popular 24 hour Security guard Gated Windsor Palms Resort community. There are three bedrooms on the first floor (Two are King master rooms with private bathrooms and one room with a full size bed), a living area with leather sofas and large TV. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms (One king bed, and two themed rooms with 2 twin size beds in each room). Three of the King bedrooms have TV's and there is free WIFI and cable.

Bed linens, towels, and your basic toiletries are all provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals for your large party. There's an oversize HEATED pool and large deck with spa and ample pool furniture. Additionally, free of charge, there is a good range of nursery equipment for our little precious guests. We are also Pet Friendly! You don't have to leave your little furry friends behind when you go on vacation! We allow up to two pets (strictly 20 pounds or less only). There are additional pet fees and refundable pet deposits required.

Great but little things could make it better.
Loved this house, layout is good, pool and hot tub were nice, location to Disney was good. Could be cleaner, waxy build-up on bathroom floor, more towels and trash bags would be nice and some updating would be good. Otherwise, great house at this price point.

Overall my family had a great stay at the home. The house is spacious, yet cozy and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Outside of a few minor suggestions, I would definitely see us staying there again.

Smelled like mold. Had to leave after first night
The house was a nice design however it was in disrepair. I really hate to leave a poor review for anyone but don’t want to see other people waste their money. The carpet was ver old and dirty. The house smelled like mold so bad that we had to leave after the first night. Other issues included toilet seat falling off, microwave did not work, hot tub had about a foot of water in it, comforters were not clean at all, bath fixture leaks water behind the wall. I have many pictures of the issues and expected a refund per a conversation with the owner. He was out of town and unable to come fix or review the issues. He now did not honor his word nor will he respond. Not a good look for VRBO. This issue still needs resolved.

The property was in good overall condition. The location was great if we were planning on visiting parks, but we were in town for business. This meant forever battling park traffic. There was no mention in the ad that signed vehicles couldn't park overnight. The landlord went above and beyond to make sure the vehicles we had would be acceptable for the HOA. FL HOA are incredibly powerful, and a complete pain in the behind!

Great family house
We vacationed with my mom and our 6 kids and this house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved swimming in the pool. The clubhouse and community pool is just a short walk down the street. Checkin was super easy and we had no problems. If you use Instacart for groceries, they will deliver to the house which made it super easy for us to stock the fridge right when we got there without leaving the property. Target and Walmart are both a short drive away if you need to grab anything. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Safe and quite gated community property.
This gated property is conveniently located near all theme parks, a Super Walmart, Hwy/Toll accessible, good size pool for the kids and has all your basic cooking utensils and furniture. You can also walk/jog for about an hour on the sidewalk around the community.

Awesome Stay

Nice Home!
The house was nice! The rooms were pretty comfortable. It could have been just a little cleaner for my taste though. The pool and hot tube was nice and we enjoyed it. There was a hole in the screened fence so a baby snake found it’s way into the pool one morning. Kind of expected for Florida though. The pool table in the garage really needs to be replaced though. However, the owner was very responsive to our needs and even came over to check things out when I need him to.

My family and I wanted to have a small get away. We didn’t go to the park this year so we just mostly stayed at the house . The house was very spacious and in a good neighborhood. This house needs a renovation. You can tell it’s older and just need some TLC & also a deep cleaning . The carpet was only on the stairs and it was not clean . The pool was a nice size . The garage had a pool table that need to be replaced & a air hockey machine that does work . The owner was nice and fast with response. It’s a 6 bed 3 & a half bath . Overall I would give the house a 6 . It’s not a bad house just expected better .

Lots of room
The home had lots of room. Enough for 10 people to be here comfortably. The pool was nice although the lights didn't work. Which doesn't seem like a big deal but when the kids wanted to swim late in the evening, it was pretty dark outside. There was a problem with the hot tub but the owner came and fixed it right away. A few additional home amenities and the house would have been perfect.

The house is as advertised . Big, roomy and clean. There is big TV in living room and the (3) large bedrooms also have TV's. Could use a few more pots and pans. Great, secure location. Lastly, the property manager Chai Xiong was on top of any minor situation that occurred. He answered his phone/text promptly. We have never had a PM this good in 17 years!!
