Our Villa, which is the largest floorplan in Paradise Palms (3500 sq ft), has been professionally decorated and designed, offering our guests a vacation experience that is second to none. The layout consists of a Master Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. The modern Kitchen consists of custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and an expansive island. The stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and the other kitchen amenities will ensure that all your needs are met in order to prepare wonderful family meals in the upscale kitchen. There is a modern Dining and Living room looking out to the sun drenched southwest facing Pool and Spa. Enjoy watching TV with our July2019 Smart Outdoor TV. The villa boasts upgraded Flat screen TV’s such as; the 65” Smart 4k TV in the living room, a 75” Smart 4k TV in the Loft for quality family movie time. With FREE WIFI and CABLE

The children's excitement will only amplify once they move on from the Arcade room to the theme rooms upstairs. We have designed a Harry Potter, Mickey Mouse and Princess rooms to get the Disney fever started early.

We haven’t stopped there! Keeping our guests vacation experience & comfort in mind, we have done a complete conversion of the garage into a functional & enjoyable game room. State of the art STARWARS theater room with theater seats, with Storm Troopers and LED lights. Florida heat makes the garage converted game room a difficult place to hang out as it becomes far too hot to enjoy.So, we are one of the few Villas that have installed a dedicated AC unit for our Arcades room area! The family can enjoy hours of fun on the Video Arcade machines(no quarters or tokens needed!) in a cool & comfortable temperature that the guests can control with the game room thermostat. We also have a custom cabana and loungers by the Colored pool to soak up and relax under the Florida sun. This outdoor setting makes it ideal for the family to dine al fresco under the shade of the extended Lanai. Not having any rear neighbors provides privacy for quality family time.

Upstairs there are 2 Master Bedrooms with King beds and huge ensuite bathrooms. A large loft area has been designed as a hangout place for the family. Perhaps to lounge in the modern sitting area, sharing the adventures of the day…or, maybe just to watch a Disney Classic on the new 75” 4k Samsung flat screen TV.
There are 3 theme rooms ready to get the kids & adults excited about their holiday. The theme rooms include Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter and a Princess room.

If that wasn’t enough fun! Paradise Palms Resort features some of the best vacation and resort-style amenities, including a stunning 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse featuring sauna, movie theater, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grotto and spa, pool slide, tiki bar and grill, kids pool, and much more!!
note:the home’s pool/spa heat is normally requested for reservations from Nov-Feb. Our cost to heat the pool/hot tub is $40/day. This is an optional amenity we offer for guests requesting pool/hottub heat.

Below are some of the things we have put into practice as part of EVERY clean:

-COVID-19 is most likely spread in the kitchen and bathrooms, high traffic areas. The cleaning staff will be focused on these areas, wiping down each surface with a recommended cleaner.

-Cleaners will pay particular attention to door and Drawer handles and door keypads, etc. as the virus can easily be spread on these surfaces.

-We have installed a dispenser for hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in each home and adding ” Best Practices signage”

-All guests will be using disposable cloths and paper towels as much as possible.
