Beautiful South/East Facing Villa Ideal For Families And Close To Disney Parks

Our beautiful superior villa is situated on the gated community of 'The Sanctuary' on West Haven, within close proximity to Disney World.
West Haven is a beautifully manicured development popular with holiday renters due to the quiet serene surroundings.
Our luxurious villa boasts 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 Master, with huge en-suite, 2 walk-in wardrobes and balcony with breathtaking views of the conservation area. A further 2 good sized bedrooms with Queen beds and also a twin 'Winnie The Pooh' character room.
The villa has two downstairs open plan living rooms, luxury fitted kitchen, dining area, games room with a pool table, fuzzball and electronic double basketball net.
We have a wonderful south-east facing pool and spa which can be illuminated in the evening. The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a gas BBQ.
There also an outside restroom facility.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Beautiful Disney getaway

The home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was so nice after a hot Florida day. It had all the amenities we needed, and more!!

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

The place was great and accommodation was cleaned before arrival . The only thing that we had a problem with was the heat of the pool. Just wasn’t hot enough upon arrival . But took a few days to warm up enough. Was refunded a days pool heat.

Fantastic Villa

After having stayed at a handful of villas in the Davenport/Four Corners area, we can safely say that we have found "the one". Pride of ownership is very evident, as this property was spotless. Everything was as it was in the pictures, or even nicer, as they had recently upgraded the flooring from what we could tell. Communication with the owner was swift and concise. Incredible range of kitchen utensils, flatware, drinkware, and appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice quality mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless. And the whole family loved the pool and gameroom areas. I don't think you could ask for, nor expect, a more perfect rental. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

Second Stay!

This was our second stay in the past 12 months. It is our favourite Orlando villa! Perfect location. Well maintained and super homely. Stocked with so much kitchenware and towels. Our little one was thrilled by the addition of the tv to the Winnie the Pooh bedroom. We loved sitting out by the pool listening to the wildlife in the conservation behind. A real beauty spot, I don't think we could stay anywhere else in Orlando now!

We had a great week at our rental property. It’s a nice roomy home and our granddaughter loved the pool. The one thing that was difficult was the traffic. I assume that’s a normal thing here because it’s got so many things to see and do. I give this property an excellent rating and recommend highly!

Jon And Clare have a stunning property so spacious and clean The master suite is particularly excellent with vast space and two walk in wardrobes The Family loved the pool area and we had a fantastic barbecue one night The area is so nice and quiet and extremely safe with electric gates , minutes away from the i4 highway .communication with the property managers is great so if any issues arise like loss of internet it will be swiftly dealt with I would return here in a heartbeat Actually communicated with the owners and they were so helpful

Perfect vacation villa!

Loved our stay here in Florida. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for; good size and layout, great pool and outdoor area. The location is perfect for theme park visits and the Champions Gate area has everything you need for shopping and eating out etc. Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Could not be happier with our stay. The property itself is a real home from home and just a shell like some villas. It is beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need so many utensils and towels! The highlight for us was the outside pool area. Lovely spa pool and overlooking the conservation area was just stunning. Such a peaceful and safe location. Checking in etc was really simple and fantastic communication whe needed. Winter 2023 Rental

Great time!!

We stayed at this property for 9 days and loved it! It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Be sure to bring/buy your own essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, spices, tin foil etc). The traffic on I-4 was very heavy, so give yourself some time. We visited the Disney parks and loved coming home to the pool and hot tub! This rental was fantastic for our group of 8.
