Mini fridge did not work to keep our drinks cold. When I asked about the fridge that it didn’t work they stated it’s more like a cooler not a fridge. I would get working mini fridges in all rooms.

1st time staying here and I would stay again. Checkin was easy. Staff made up the pullout bed for us. Room was spacious for 5 people. Breakfast was decent and included. Parking was included. Close to disney parks. Improvement area. It would have been nice to have a thicker comforter on the bed. We could have asked but we got.in so late. The shower was not as hot as I would have liked. Not a deal.breaker. Had we stayed there longer the issues I'm sure wojld have been resolved. We would still stay again.

Amazing property with enough space for a family of 4 in a room. Very well presented, clean, free parking, breaky was included, it’s close to the outlets and has washing facilities plus express pizza services within the hotel. Highly recommended and will def stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and so was the mattress. The shuttle was mostly convenient and the drivers were friendly. As others commented, breakfast is ordinary. It was cold in Orlando when we were there and so was our room. Set the thermostat for 80 but it probably only got to about 70.

Our stay at Buena Vista Suites was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to start the day right. The location is ideal, close to popular attractions yet peaceful enough for a restful retreat. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Buena Vista Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
