Very disappointed! The service was horrible and the room was old, roaches and smelled. Did not stay for due to the uncleanliness. They didn’t want to refund any of my money back!

Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.

Roaches in the room, in the bed, night stands. Disgusting. I called Expedia and left the place immediately. Two days later the rep from Expedia told me Quality Inn denied the reimbursement. It is very disappointing the conditions of a Quality Inn. I stayed in hotels like this before and was always a good experience.
