DON’T STAY HERE!!!! After I checked in, the room was absolutely disgusting. When I went back to the lobby to tell the front desk guy I stood up there for 10 minutes before i finally got his attention. He tried to show me to another room and that room had mold on the pillow and was dirty as well. I obviously asked for a refund and was told to email the business for a possible refund.

This was the worst DaysInn I’ve ever stayed at ! From the rude staff to the nasty dirty room. Walked in to bugs crawling everywhere, stank , floor dirty look like it hadn’t been sweep. Wifi code given did not work . So I returned to inform front desk staff he was concerned at all stated he couldn’t refund me and I could go somewhere else and pay money because none of the rooms would be to my standard. He always advised me well you did only pay $50 for the room what did you expect. Horrible experience!

From the beginning the staff was very rude and mean. Not friendly at all. I requested a lower level room and the staff denied me the lower level room. It was 11:45PM and it was Wednesday night not a busy day at all. He assigned me a room on the 3rd floor.? My husband and I clearly saw a few empty rooms on the first floor.!

Roaches, mold, dirty sheets dirty floors and less than helpful staff. Came to the hotel late at night after arriving late at the airport. My family and I were greated by a very standoffish employee who interacted with us through a window that was taped up(red flags 1&2). our rooms were disgusting. Stained dirty sheets, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, and a stained floor is what greated us. We complained to the front desk to get some new sheets and pillow cases. After giving us a set of sheets for both beds, he said he was going to look for sheets. I waited 20 minutes and never saw him again. We emailed the manager (who was not on site mind you. When we requested a manager we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12pm. We called at 3 and still weren't there) trying to get a refund for the following night we booked with them. They pretty much told us to pound sand. Do not stay here. $20 a night more then their rate got us a beautiful room at La Quinta.
