We really enjoyed our stay. There was a welcoming feel to the home and there was everything we needed. The only suggestion we have is maybe have fluffier pillows. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

We really enjoyed our stay. We espcially enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool. The house was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we are looking at returning again next year.

Great Orlando House
Nice 4 bdrm house , not to far from Disney and the other attractions. Heated pool and Hot tub are a must ( extra charge) Great communication with owner .

Great neighborhood close to everything
We have never stayed at a house with our own pool and hot tub - now we are very spoiled! Being able to sit by the pool at any time without worrying about getting a lounge is a luxury for sure. Also, the pics don't show that there are hedges around the lanai, creating privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is no highway noise. Just a short drive to all the restaurants, groceries and parks. However, the traffic is heavy due to the parks. I appreciated the French Chef theme and there were many dishes ! I'm giving only 4 stars because we had trouble with the pool and hot tub heat. The timer sticks and we had to be diligent about making sure it turned off. Communication with owner and property manager was good. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We have already booked for next year. Dan & Elaine; Paul and Margie

The home was very comfortable and spacious for all of us. I would suggest an upgrade to the sofa, which sinks very low, also mattress in the master bedroom. We were there for an extended stay and would stay again. Great location.!

Only complaint was the living room couch and love seat need to be upgraded as they are old and no support in the padding. Cleaners need to look underneath the cushions as well !!! Location was great for purposes and all amenities within the resort was good. Communication with home owner was excellent

This location was extremely beautiful!! The neighborhood is so well maintained. Dreamy. Literally a scene out of a movie. It was a great experience staying here. This property could use minor repairs but it’s nothing that the property manager doesn’t know about and all damages caused by previous stayers. Pool table is for fun ONLY. No serious player need to apply. If you’re choosing this location for the HOT TUB you NEED to pay for the pool heat. The hot tub will not be hot unless you pay for this feature . And warm up time is about 1-1/2 warm up cycles . Start timer and eat, get ready, do whatever or just swim for about 1hr30 minutes before using HOT tub. This indeed gets extremely hot. Water level needs to be high enough also. Add water if low when you arrive. Florida is HOT. Figure out wifi password upon arrive and test on each device. Family never got wifi connected to our own devices. YouTube and stuff on tv in rooms tho. we used our hotspots from phones services. If this is something your family needs. Get this figured out early on. I think they have wifi that only allows ONE single device at a time. This was a great location and everything was PERFECT for a family of five. Great communication from management. Will choose again in future .

Emerald Island 2023
Very nice property on Emerald Island, a lovely gated community. Near to the Disney parks and hwy 192 as well as a Wallmart. Sputh facing pool and hot tub, lanai for shade. Well equipped villa, couldn't ask for anything more.

The property was nice and clean. My only problem was not being able to heat the hot tub. We paid extra so we could have the pool and hot tub heated while there but the hot tub only reached 100 once for us (in the afternoon). It was cold at night but someone should've told me when i was booking that it wouldn't work good. If you have plans to go when its cooler at night dont spend the extra money on hot tub.

Communication effort by the owner was good. There was a problem with pool/hot tub heating which he tried to fix, but at the end not to our satisfaction. Had our stay been longer I think it would have been resolved. Mattresses in the single bedrooms could have been much better. Kitchen stocked well. Complimentary gas grill was great and much appreciated. Unit was very clean. Lots of chairs in the pool area. Probably top 30% of similar units at emerald island

We had a short stay in this excellent villa. Everything you need is there. Literally 15 mins from Disney. Have stayed at Emerald Island 3 times now. Would definitely stay t this villa again in the future. No complaints at all. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If there had to be a negative I would have to say the pool table was poor (I had to buy a cue) and the soccer table looked like it was about to fall apart so we didn’t use it.

Weekend Getaway with a family of 8
The house was exactly what the listing says it is. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds. The living area with dining was big enough to accommodate our stay. The out side patio area was also a plus. Enough chairs for everyone and lounging chairs to catch some sun. The only little complaint I would have is that as great as the pool was the maintenance could be better. It didn't seem that the water was filtering. But other than that it was great. I was able to sit in the living room with the sliding doors open and watch the kids play in the pool while I enjoyed my morning coffee. It was a wonderful stay.

The house was clean but provides the minimum. Be prepared to bring hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper as the house provides just one of each. This was not an issue but it’s good to know. Kitchen ware can use some updating but has everything you need. Hot tub isn’t heated unless you pay. Again not an issue but wasn’t clear from the listing. The house was very clean and fit two families (8 people) perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and the community clubhouse amenities. The house was a perfect distance to all things Disney, Kennedy Space Center and so much more. The owner is fantastic with communicating back timely when we had questions. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Extremely clean and beautiful home
This was my first time renting through VRBO and I was not disappointed. This home was so beautiful and affordable, my 4 friends and I couldn't believe how lucky we had got with this booking. The house was clean, organized, and everything was laid out beautifully for us. If we had any questions, both our host and the front desk we're super easy to get in contact with. There is also plenty to do around the location and all of the best theme parks are within a 30 minute drive. I look forward to renting here again in the future!
