Arrived for check-in and no one at the desk. The gentleman who sells tickets told us he may be in a different area helping a customer. Front Desk shows up and checks us in. Go to the room and drop our things off and left for dinner. When we returned the water in the bathroom would not shut off so we went to request a room change or a repair of the room we were given. When we went back to the front desk, the other couple we traveled with were already there asking to switch rooms, when he got in the shower the water sprayed from the pipe above and not the shower. They had to switch rooms also. The second room was much better but still very outdated especially the bathroom. I have always had great success with my bookings in the past and I do tend to rebook where I have had a great stay. I chose this hotel beacuse of the Wyndam name and yet definitely not what I would consider Wyndam

This hotel is a bit off the beaten path however it was perfect for my trip, the price was right and the condition of the hotel was perfect. They have what used to be referred to as a continental breakfast, you can make a waffle, but other than that nothing cooked or warm. That also did not bother me and what was available was presented well, and was fresh. The hotel was spotless. I don’t write many reviews, but I would recommend this location.

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice. The room needed better cleaning. There was a dirty pair of socks on the floor when we walked into the room. I honestly think housekeeping forgot to vacuum the floors.

Our room get flooded, we were woken up at 4am. It took until almost 9am and for my husband to ask for anyone to provide any information. We were moved to a different room. We rushed out and as we made our way out we stopped at the front desk to let them know we were out but if they find anything we left behind to please bring it to the front desk. Later on we realized we forgot my husbands pillow in the other room, when i went to talk to the Front desk they called House keeping and we told the pillow was in the hall closet. When the Front desk went to get it, he opened the door and the pillow was thrown on the floor, he shook it for the dirt to semi come off and gave it to me with no apology. There was trash in the vending machine area, food containers and other not so good smelling items. Over all the stay was not good, the staff was unprofessional, the room smelled like it had not been clean, the sheets had yellow stains on them. I would not recommend a stay here not even to the Devil him self.

Check-in was at 3 PM I got there at 2:40 to check in. They told me I had to wait the 20 minutes until 3. There was an extremely long line at 3 o’clock for everybody to get checked in. That took about a good 30 minutes. When I got to the room, it was infested with fruit flies and you could tell the room was cleaned in a rush, whoever cleaned it left dead fruit flies that they had sprayed on the windowsill the whole room smelled like bug spray and being that my son has asthma. I had to go down and tell them what was going on They didn’t have any more suites available so I had to downgrade my room, which was cleaner, but very humid and moist. I definitely wouldn’t come back here again.

We had a great Christmas vacation stay at Baymont by Wyndham Orlando. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location close to Disney parks made our trip easy and enjoyable. Good value for money and a pleasant holiday experience. Would definitely recommend! 🎄😊
