Granted I was 20 minutes early for check in. I was hoping I could get an early check in. I got to the hotel walk up to the front desk and no one was around. I could hear someone in the back room talking. I knocked on the desk to try and get his attention but no one answered. I waited for 10 minutes before another customer that also needed help just walked around the desk and knocked on the door. The person that was working the front desk walked out asked what I needed. I asked if I was able to get an earl check in and he said no. I asked if it was ok if I grabbed my luggage and sat in the lobby he said that was on. I grabbed my luggage and walked back in. As soon as I sat down two new customers walked in. They walk up the desk which is now maned. They asked to check in and he did check them in. I again asked and he told me I needed to wait 10 more minutes. Once I finally got my room. I settled in. I went and picked up dinner. Once I came back I decided to take a shower and the bath tub did not drain but filled up with water. I quickly took a shower. It eventually did drain. The sink did the same when I brushed my teeth. I let the front desk know and nothing got done for my 4 night stay. The place was dirty. Did smell of cleaning products but the rooms just had a dirty look to them. I would not stay here again. That was a waste of money.

My stay here was absolutely HORRIBLE! the lady at the front desk , she was very rude and unprofessional. Got there to check in by another gentleman, he told me that my room was ready and it wasn’t. It was uncleaned as if someone else was staying there. I then got put into a new room and this room was unsanitary, period. Found hair follicles all on the pillow covers, the bed lining had stains and the sheets and a pillow had dirt marks. I then complained to the front desk, the lady was rude and asked if i wanted to leave in a rudely tone, I asked for a refund and was told I was going to get charged for a first night stay when I wasn’t even there for more than 2 hours. They would not accommodate me to another room or give me my refund so I could leave to go to another hotel. I will never book with this hotel again, the customer service was a 0/10. The facility is decent but the outside looks run downed and stains all over the walls. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

We did the check in at midnight, it was really fast, the guy at he front desk was friendly. We got room 246. It was clean, but had a smell like a lot of musty. Bed was ok, pillows ok, tv ok, it has a fridge and microware. The only strange thing was that the maintenance man knocked on the door thinking that we had called for cockroaches, but we didn't see a single one. For the price and distance of SeaWorld was very good.

They need to put benches outside for smokers. There is a raccoon that roams the property, he doesn't bother anyone. We sat in the car and watched him while smoking. When we got back to the room our keys didn't work. The front desk was quick to rekey our cards, however she asked nasty, are you smoking in the room? When I said no she replied well I smell it. I was tired and shrugged it off. Two things if I couldn't get into the room...how could I have smoked in it? Also I don't smoke in my own home why would I smoke indoors here and risk paying a fine? I found it funny because walking down the hallway was like a puffy party. The smell of weed was enough for a contact high, that she didn't smell. Anyhow, I have stayed here twice and it's not perfect but for the price it's fine. Close to parks and International drive.
