Jam packed week in Florida from Texas!
We loved our time in Florida and this property and the communication with the management were both awesome! It was such a blessing to be super close to the hotel where I was attending The Chosen Con! The house was super clean, beautiful, spacious, and met our needs in every single way. I cannot say enough about the experience, privacy, and the amenities. We loved the pool and spa after long days of conferences and theme park walking. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we would most definitely do this again in the future. Our family loved it so much and it was the perfect decision for our needs! Blessings- The Christian family :)

Just amazing!!! If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!!
Absolutely amazing very comfortable if you like luxury you will definitely love this house. Everything about the house is exactly how it is when you get there. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool room is a nice hang out to shoot pool and just chill. We visit Florida every year and I will be saving this house for future dates. We've been to many but this house I just love. Thanks for having us!

House/Property, location, and pool/hot tub were all great. Heating the pool/hot tub is a must so you can enjoy the hot tub, nice and hot. If you plan to cook in the kitchen just know there are not a ton of good kitchen/cooking utensils. Plenty of pots and pans. Overall great though! Thank you!

House was exactly as described very beautiful. Location was great for our trip close to everything. I wished host would post that trailers weren’t allowed. We went for bike week and had to find a different location to store our trailer safely. Also wasn’t aware of the extra fees for your vehicles $20 per vehicle. Otherwise very nice and accommodating.

Nice house. Nice location. Bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean. Fans and lighting fixture could use some dusting, but overall clean house. Closed in garage was nice with pool table and room to to set up my portable gym to workout. Plenty of towels at this property. Check in process is easy if you register online. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

This house was excatly what our family needed for a little R&R! So close to various activities! Nice location, nice neighborhood, and friendly attendant and clubhouse employees! Comfortable and well-priced
The neighborhood is fine and safe. There is a lot of traffic nearby but nothing outrageous. The house itself was comfortable. The air worked well, ceiling fans, etc. The pool area was great and having it screened in was a necessity. The house was clean but not deep cleaned. Could never get the heater in the jacuzzi to work which was a bummer. Overall a comfortable choice.

Lovely stay!
The location of this house is perfect! The layout of the house is great. We were not able to use the pool for half of our stay because it was broken and needed to be cleaned. That was a big disappointment for my kids. Other than that, everything was great!

Great property
We enjoyed staying at the property. It was as advertised and fit our needs perfectly. We were at the parks most of the day and then would come back and relax. A few things were provided that we didn’t anticipate like dish soap and a sponge. The driveway is on the small side but we made it work and the view in the back was peaceful with lots of sun throughout the day. Beds were comfortable and the living room couch was big enough for the 7 of us to relax together in the evening. The only thing I would have liked to see is the dining room table without all the dishes set out. We didn’t use it at all because of that. It was nice being in a gated community, you do need to pay for a card to bypass the security guard gate. It is worth the $20 you spend and can use it at future stays, but that was something we weren’t aware of until we got to the property and were told we had to register our vehicles with the clubhouse. Overall it was a great property and we would for sure stay here again.

The house had 4 good size rooms and 3 bathrooms, great for privacy. The pool was much smaller than the photos showed. The kitchen was lacking some basic essentials for cooking. All plates and bowls were plastic that were not supposed to be microwaved or put in the dishwasher. The house wasn’t fully cleaned upon arrival, we were offered a service to come back and clean which we did appreciate but we had already cleaned it up. The dishwasher was flooded upon arrival as well and Florida Scandi did come quickly and resolve the issue.

Great location!
Very impressed with this rental. House was very comfortable and clean. Beds super comfortable as was the sofa - always a must when you’re tired after long days out at parks and shopping. Perfect location just off the 192 which is central for lots of restaurants, Disney and shops. Walmart, Publix and Target all a few minutes drive away too. Easy access to the I4 just down the road. Pool area is great for relaxing, reasonably private as it backs onto a water area - great for watching the local wildlife. And gets the sun almost all day. The management company were super responsive and dealt with the couple of minor things we contacted them about within 24 hours - one was the batteries running low in a smoke alarm, just one of those things but dealt with very quickly. We would definitely book to stay here again!

This is a perfect home with a beautiful pool and backyard with privacy. Small issue with hot tub (not owners fault) and was fixed quite quickly with no other issues. We really enjoyed our stay will likely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at a Well Kept Property
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in March. We have stayed at many properties in Emerald Island Resort over the years, and found this property to be one of the cleanest and well maintained units. The property management were excellent in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Any small issues (eg., new cooking pans required, checking of pool heat, smoke detector battery replacement) were all handled professionally, and with same day service. Our daughter and grandchildren joined us for March break and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool. They had a wonderful holiday! Thanks again to Florida Scandi Vacations for making this a nice break from the past two years of having to stay at home.
