Someone attempted to enter my room during my stay. Thankfully the safety latch was on, which prevented them from getting in. I then noticed the latch on the adjoining door inside my room was completely broken. The front desk was unable to move me to another room, which left me feeling unsafe. Maintenance fixed the latch, and they offered breakfast and dinner vouchers and waived the resort fees, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. At the hotel restaurant, service was extremely slow. I asked to substitute honey mustard for a second cheese with my pretzel, but they brought one of each anyway. When our food arrived, I had requested ranch dressing, and they brought two honey mustards instead. And when my meal arrived, the chicken was raw. Nothing was offered to resolve it.
At checkout, I was told to keep my room key to access amenities since we’d be there the remainder of the day. Later when we returned, we couldn’t access the arcade and needed security to let us in. The $10 arcade card given at check-in repeatedly showed “network failure” and didn’t work.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with safety concerns, poor food quality, and ongoing amenity issues. I will not return.
