Great hotel! Close to all the major disney parks. Clean rooms, free breakfast (amazing brekfast), friendly staff, amazing pool area with rock climbing anf zip lining. All around great! Ill definitely be staying here moving forward.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect-close to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

I had to change rooms three times because two had a musty odor. The rooms need updating, and the AC was leaking, leaving water on the carpet. The pool and breakfast were good, and the staff were very friendly.

Favorite place to stay in Kissimmee

I luv this Hotel. Nice staff, clean and plenty of breakfast options to choose from. The staff is nice and friendly especially the ladies from the breakfast area. This is my go to place. My kids luv the pools they have here. Thankfully there's 3 to choose from.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente si se van a visitar los parques, pero desafortunadamente la limpieza del cuarto fue terrible nos quedamos 6 noches, y tuvimos q pedir que cambiaran las toallas porque estaban sucias, el baño no lo limpiaban bien, el bathtub estaba tapado de pelos, el piso sucio.

Overall not bad - my only complaint is that the carpets and floors were a little outdated/dirty. House keeping did come daily but did not appear to vaccum or mop. Air conditioner made small area of carpet wet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pools were very nice.
