No what I expected
I couldn’t rest as planned because of the knocking of strangers at 2 am. Also there was no shampoo. I complained with the receptionist , also through a text message and it has been a week with no answer.

This is a new beautiful hotel. The room has Everything inside and it was very clean. Spacious room and the Best sheets on the bed. Only suggestion, clean the pool of bugs daily or leave a net so the guests can do it themselves.

Everything was perfect. But when it came to house keeping they dirty rags and towels in the bathroom as well as bugs on the AC they were sugar Ants the property manager told us. She was very respectful and caring

There was absolutely no room service provided during our stay. Also When we came into room first time, ever cabinet and drawer were left open, cushions on sofa lifted and not set in place. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Highly recommend
I really enjoyed my stay,the hotel was clean. My only complaints were the people above me but I called the front desk and they took care of it also the lobby area needs to be cleaned the tabels and floors after guests have eaten in between each guest. Our rooms were comfortable ans clean, the hallways, the outside sitting area. I highly recommend and I'm hard to please. Also, it's very walked there's gas stations, restaurants and thr emergency room within walking distance. I will never stay in an Airbnb ever again.
