Emerald island resort is a prestigious gated e guarded community located on Disney doorstep. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside you feel as you have entered a special preserve. Owners and guests alike can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which include the clubhouse sauna, fitness center, internet cafe, free wifi, tiki bar, 2 heated community pools and spa, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddies play area and so much more!

This 06 Bedroom, 5.5 Baths, Private Pool & SPA, Game Room executive villa, “Treasures Forever,” in the stunning Emerald Island resort is fully renovated.

It features tiles on the main floor and hardwood floors on the second floor.The entire 6 bedroom 5.5 baths and a half bathroom villa was professionally decorated and refurbished top to bottom for your absolute enjoyment.

Your luxurious pool and spa is absolutely private with tall hedges on the sides and lush green manicured landscape and Emerald Island’s magnificent private conservation directly behind the pool. Our gorgeous heated & illuminated swimming pool will cool you down after your relaxing hours in the glorious Sunshine after long days at the theme parks.

A large covered lanai offers two outdoor dining sets and a comfortable high table with plenty of room / seats. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the roaring jets of the attached spa (pool and spa heat optional). You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home’s executive features were not so inviting. When the kids and kids-at-heart have had enough pool time, enjoy the fully insulated game room.

The kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances outfitted to the home. Some of the features include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, convection oven, stovetop burners, and a microwave oven. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island and elegant granite countertops. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen.Enjoy the view from the open floor plan family room and kitchen to the pool, and come and go freely to your private pool oasis.

Your family room features a large screen television and comfortable seating. All complete with luxury furnishings. It’s easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the washing machine and dryer which were recently installed.

Four of the six bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, and the main floor master bedroom offers a mounted flat-screen LED television. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen LED televisions with and cable channels.

Beautiful, nicely decorated home
Upon checking in, I found out I had to pay $20 per parking pass--I do not recall this in the listing and was not expecting this. It seems to be a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a nice house, however it could use a deep cleaning with attention to detail. The comments from years ago about the ants is still valid. Ants were throughout the house. We also had an issue with flies. I told the owner about the cleanliness and the insects so hopefully those issues will be taken care of. All in all, I would stay here again.

Beautiful house with private backyard
The house was beautiful, spacious and well laid out. It was probably the nicest house we have rented in Florida. (this was our 5th rental over the past 5 years). It was awesome having 4 bedrooms all with ensuites! The backyard was lovely - backing onto a ravine and quite private. We spent most of our time in the pool and deck; it was nice having a pub size table, lounging chairs and low rise table with chairs on the deck area surrounding the pool. In the evening, it was great to relax in the living room on sunken comfy chairs and couch. We will definitely come back to this home. :)

Great House for our Girls trip of 7
Our girls trip group of 7 had a great time at the Four Corners house. The house provided so much space for us and we enjoyed almost all of us having our separate bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The neighborhood was wonderful with sidewalks for our strolls to the tennis courts and community pool. The house was close to everything, Disney, the outlets and Sea World. The ability to have the pool heated (for a cost) was appreciated by our group as we enjoyed our time in the pool.

It was clean, but there were issues that were not addressed.
30 minutes before we arrived, I had to message the manager to get the check in information. Once we arrived and opened the door, the smell of cleaners were overpowering. I loved that it smelled clean, but it was very strong. We found cleaning cloths on the furniture, masks from the previous guests under the nightstands, and articles of clothing under the beds that did not belong to us. The house is older, and could use a deep clean. The house was very hot when we first arrived, because the air was off, and it took a long time for it to cool down. One of the ceiling fans in my kids room did not work, so it stayed warm. We also had ants in several of the bathrooms and in the kitchen. I did message the manager about the ants, and never got a response. Don't leave food out in the kitchen, even if it's covered. We had to put everything in the fridge to keep the sugar ants from getting into it. Some of the furniture is older and has a lot of wear. One of the kitchen table chair legs was broken and my husband almost fell out on the floor due to that. I did alert the manager about the chair, and once again never got a response. I was disappointed with the lack of communication during our stay. Over all, we enjoyed our vacation, but I wouldn't recommend this house to others in the future.

Wonderful
We were absolutely in love with this place. There were a few minor issues that the owner was told about and was very attentive to them. Overall the location is great. Wasn’t more than 20 mins from stuff we wanted to do. The kids loved the pool and the house is beautiful. We will definitely return!

Great house and location
The house is spacious and clean. So conveniently located- close to Disney & stores. Our group loved the pool and lanai. Only improvement would be the upstairs wouldn’t cool down so maybe that can be fixed. Other than that, great house!
