Ok
The property is a third floor apartment.
The entry door is sticky, yet doesn’t close properly.
The interior is nice, but has no covers on the duvets, hairs in the bathroom and in the sink. Dirty pool towels.
The hot water only works on an evening, so no morning showers.
TV is so confusing we gave up, no sound on the main living room tv.
The elevator didn’t work for the three days we were there.
Storey lake as a community is clinical and not at all welcoming.
We messaged the management regarding our issues had no reply, we know we had the right number as we messaged before check in to ask for an hour early check in, this was replied to with a no, (because the supervisor would be going to check the apartment.. no one turned up)
It’s not terrible, we only used it to sleep in so didn’t use any appliances or cook there.. but you can get much better for the money.
