Location to Disney was great! Enjoyed our i hi one. Disappointed that after contacting the Jeeves team about missing fire pit and three of the four lounge chairs were ripped, nothing was done about it during our stay

Great property
The house was great as well as the location. The kids loved the pool. It was disappointing that the internet was almost non existent which means the tv also didn’t really work. It would have been nice to know those things up front but didn’t get that information until we arrived.

Orlando Family Getaway
We were in awe when we entered our vacation home. It was spectacular! The pool was just breathtaking, with all the lighting and sound system outside. Renting with Jeeves was easy and the entire staff was great. The encore resort was just pristine, the restaurant was hood and the prices very reasonable. We were sad to leave, and hope to be back next year.

Very nice home and outdoor area. Extremely clean. The teens loved the pool and basketball hoop. (A few of the cords for the media chairs were missing, so two of the four were inoperable, but we spent most of our time outside anyway).

Perfect for our family
We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our family. The house was clean and spacious. The theme rooms, game and theater room were so special for our kids. The pool was the perfect size and the hot tub was wonderful. The water park was perfect for when we wanted to break up our routine. Halfway into our trip, the pool needed cleaning and we had a crew out there in a matter of an hour or so after requesting. The house also provided a few small bikes/push cars for my almost 2 year old that was such an incredible help when walking to and from the clubhouse. We loved this home so much and can not wait to come back. Highly recommend!!!

The house was large, modern, and light and airy. Plenty of space for our seven family members. Great pool and hot tub. The kids loved the game room and their themed bedrooms. The Encore has a wonderful water park which the whole family enjoyed. Close to all the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. Would highly recommend.

Grand Daughters First Trip to Disney
We absolutely LOVED this property. That being said, I was not pleased with the cleanliness of this property. Bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were decent (the princess room had a gross food type stain on the carpet and there were laundry "scent beads" all over under one of the beds which told me it had not been vacuumed properly) as well as having VERY WORN bedding, there were hairs from someone else on several of the towels and in the master bath sink (YUCK!!), and the stair carpet had large food crumbs scattered up and down it, kitchen floor had dried stuck on food throughout and was not swept well, area rug in living space had a LARGE stain on it (not sure from what), garbage disposal had several pennies in it and when turned on I thought I was breaking it (had to dig my hand in and remove those...super YUCK!!), and lastly, the outdoor patio around the dining table was scattered with mushy food left behind from the previous renters and some sort of gooey/sticky rubbery globs all over as well as melted chocolate. I cleaned all of this before my husband was even aware of any of it. Not what I planned on doing my first day in the home. But, as I stated, we really did love the house once that was all taken care of. We had a smoke detector battery issue one night before bed and maintenance was at our place IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Also had a weird issue with the oven locking itself and sounding an alarm every few minutes which I wasn't able to turn off and maintenance was right there, quickly, to handle that as well. Would have appreciated being able to use the grill (there was no fuel in the canister) so had to make our burgers in the oven, which turned out fine but was kind of a bummer in the moment. The pool and hot tub were a GOD send...as the weather was quite cold and rainy/windy for our entire stay. Our grand daughter (3.5) LOVED being able to get into the heated water and burn some energy. Overall, the property was BEAUTIFUL, LARGE, NICELY DECORATED, and provided MANY ACTIVITIES!!! The negatives I have stated above would not discourage us from renting this exact property in the future and we have already discussed doing so with the entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed having an actual home to come to after our long days at the parks with space for each of us to move around. The T.V.s were well received by my husband whom is a television/a.v. JUNKIE!! The size and number of them (especially the theater area) was much appreciated.

Wonderful Disney vacation
Perfect location for Disney. Quick easy access to parks and all things Disney! Game room, theatre tv and pool make for a relaxing day too! We had a great week and would highly recommend to families with kids!

Great family home
We will stay here again! Perfect for families with kids. It even came stocked with a baby gate for the stairs and a pack and play if you needed it. Lots of things for them to do in the home, including games and tv's in every room. It's also super close to the water park. You can easily walk to the water park, restaurant and gift shop. We got the spa heated and a grill delivered. Both worked very well. There were a couple of games that were not working when we arrived but the management company was out the same day to fix. That is one of the best parts. The management company is on it. Responds very quickly if you need anything. Would recommend to other families!
