Not as advertised; terrible management
Our experience with this rental property was unacceptable from beginning to end. Upon arrival it was clear the house had a number of issues, including not being cleaned after the last family left. After multiple phone calls and emails, a cleaning crew arrived and we were able to enter the property five hours after our check in time. Unfortunately, once we were in the house it was clear that it’s been poorly maintained: filthy carpeting, holes in the walls, chunks missing from bannister, a broken pool gate, threadbare towels with bleach stains, etc. Multiple issues were reported to the property owner/management company (beeping smoke detector that went off every 3 minutes, leaking refrigerator, non functioning coffee maker, and broken sprinklers that looked like Old Faithful). Not one issue was addressed nor did we receive one return call/email from owners/management. Stay here at your own risk.
