Welcome to Oasis Escape, located in Champions Gate Resort just 12 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. This modern townhome features 1,902 sq.ft. of modern comfortable furniture, a private screened-in pool and a fun custom kids bedroom. The whole family will enjoy a vacation together here.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan perfect for the whole family to enjoy time together. You can prepare snacks or family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area features ample sofa seating and a formal dining area with seating for 6. Head outside to the screened-in pool area for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The screened in patio features an outdoor table with seating for 6 and sun loungers for 2.

This 4 bedroom Championsgate townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find the first master bedroom with a king size bed and a full shared bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. The second master suite has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds. The fourth bedroom is designed just for the kids! The galactic bedroom features a custom built twin over twin bunk bed with Xbox One. The third bedroom and kids bedroom share a full bathroom.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
