Perfect location for visiting Disney
The house was clean, easy to get to and had all the amenities we needed. The location was superb for visiting Magic Kingdom and Epcot, we were home most nights in 15 min. If you are traveling to the parks I highly suggest staying here. There are also items available to play in the pool or a double buggy for bringing kids around.

Location of the house from the airport, Disney, Universal, restaurants, shopping was perfect. The club house and resort pool was amazing. How was plenty big and had a great heated pool. Interior of house could use updating. Easy check in process and owner was very responsive.

If you are looking for a property to stay at that is close to Disney and you aren't looking to spend a lot of time at the property, then this might be the place for you. It gets the job done, but it does not live up to its description on VRBO. My biggest issue was that the house is advertised to sleep 12, but the pictures do not match the description under "Rooms & beds" and this house does not sleep 12 comfortably unless you plan on 2 people sleeping together on a queen air mattress. The air mattress does not fit in a bedroom and while the family room area could accommodate it, but there are no blinds on the lanai doors so the sun will rise on whoever is sleeping there. We were also not supplied with trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap or laundry soap and these are items we have come to expect from a VRBO property. All in all, it got the job done as we were only there for 3 days while we were in an out of Disney parks. But, again, the description says "rated #1 best home dear Disney! Luxury villa..." and we just did not agree.

Best stay in years.
We had an amazing stay at this location. The luxury 5-bedroom, 5-bath villa in the gated resort was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast splashing around in the pool, which quickly became their favorite spot. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We wouldn't mind staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation home near Disney!

July2024 Pros: The host booked us last minute (Hurricane Beryl changed our vacation plans) and management responded..The house is in a nice location in Kissimmee. It was spacious so didnt fill cramped with my family of 8 people. There were multiple rooms on the bottom floor (which is hard to find). Hot water and AC worked great! We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio. Cons: Not luxurious. The house smelled like there was a sewer issue We just cleaned and sprayed It was mostly clean but not like im used to like there was gunk around the kitchen sink and the oven racks were covered in burnt food...the pool filter only worked a little each day and my kids complained about the water not being clean...we're from south alabama so i know how bugs can be after rain but there were BUGS like sugar ants in the kitchen and my kids only played pingpong less then 10 mins before saying they are never playing in the garage/game room again because there were so many roaches...the patio doors didn't lock there were wood planks used to keep them closed (property manager said he fixed but lock but it never worked)...not sure about the other bathrooms but mine (the upstairs one by queen) did not have a drain cover but would drain slow 2 mins in shower and your feet are submerged.. Overall it worked in a pinch and we were grateful but not the quite the standard we are used to.

Beautiful home
The home's layout is wonderful. Every bedroom is right next to, or connected to, its own bathroom, it has its own clean swimming pool, and there is a great gathering space. The home is very close to any of the Disney Parks, shopping and restaurants, but the neighborhood is quiet. Our host, Mr. Jafaar, was very accessible, and a great communicator. The only slight issues were a long, slow line to check in with gate security, just the first day (good preparation for Disney), and the floors could have been cleaner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect getaway!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house, and would definitely reccommend! It was So nice to have a private pool on site to swim in whenever we wanted-the pool heat was definitely worth it for an early April stay. The house had plenty of space for all of us with a well equipt kitchen. The resort pool with the splashpad and waterslides was also perfect for young kids! Also importantly, was that any questions I had for the host during our stay were answered very promptly and professionally! You can tell when an owner takes care of their investments and it's much appreciated!

Yes! This was a fabulous stay!
First off- thank you to the owner and the management team for being so helpful, efficient and responsive to all my questions throughout our stay. The house was clean- the pool was clean- no issues with any appliance- comfortable beds- great amount of space for the kids and adults. This being our first VRBO stay the process was explained when I asked and concerns were addressed right away. We plan to rent again from this owner and highly recommend you do the same. The location was perfect! Far enough from the hustle and bustle but also only a 20mins drive to the parks- and other local attractions like “sunset walk”( in the evening: it was a nice experience ). We actually enjoyed it so much we started to plan our next vacation before we even left. Thank you Mr. Jaffar and to your management team.

The owner was awesome to deal with! He refunded me a night when I booked one too many days, allowed us early check-in and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The house is big, clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The amenities were great! The area is a little busy but very close to Disney and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Family vacation
There were multiple items in the home that were broke or very worn. Holes in walls and furniture. When we told the owner he was shocked that the property manager would allow it. The owner seemed to care and was planning to take care of issues. When the washer broke we were without for 2 days until a new one came in which was an inconvenience but we made it work. Overall nice layout and location with lots of potential.

Nice gated community close to all ammenities. Pool was not clean and pool deck was not maintained but when the oroperty owner became aware it was dealt with. Rooms were spacious.
