We have been staying at this property on and off for 20 years. Love the location, love the numerous pools and amenities. Over the years the nickel and diming has grown and at this point is off putting. $25 a day to park now...Mini golf $13/pp...the activities cost...have to rent a pickle ball court @ $10 /hr...but the kids just wanted to play a little...would have lasted 20 mins tops especially in the heat. They also try to come clean midweek to charge a fee! They auto set it up for 3x....No Thank you! I can do it myself and not pay $30 or $50 mid week clean fee for it. Loved the check out text asking me to remove all garbage....start the dishwasher and pile all linens in the hallway?? For the price I paid for the week...I think NOT! Have enjoyed previous stays and enjoyed this one too however will look at other options moving forward. Fees were a turn off.

Quiet condo with screened porch overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain. Herons frequent it for morning fishing. All the amenities including a jacuzzi tub and fully stocked kitchen.

We absolutely loved this place, the pool was the best part! My daughter who is autistic absolutely loved the pools. I think it is great for anyone who has a child on the spectrum, because the pools were not overcrowding and open until late. There were also towels and cabanas available at the pool for free. Great for family, we could cook our own food, everything was clean and close to the parks. We went August 2024 and planing on going again soon to Stay in this same place. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else.

Check in was quick and they were friendly . It’s a bit difficult to navigate the grounds. Our unit had a musty smell, broken parts in the fridge. Dead palmetto bugs in the sink. Pictures are definitely deceiving when it comes to the pool and cabana areas. We would not stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and asked for 1 extra bag of coffee. The unit had 2 bags of regular and 1 bag of decaf when we arrived. We were lectured by the front desk that they would give us 1 bag but had to go to the market to get more than that. Really disappointing over coffee. Also, the table and counters were filthy when we arrived. If you go to this property turn on the lights and you will see the filth. I probably wouldn't have posted this but the coffee was ridiculous. We will not be back!

Sheraton Vistana is an excellent resort

Had a very comfortable and amazing time st Sheraton Vistana. The hospitality and services were top notch. The resort is centrally located with plenty of activities to do nearby. Skip the parks and do what the locals do.

This hotel….excuse me, I mean RESORT definitely surprised us. The feeling of the property was very inviting and cozy. The pool was fun for our little guy and we loved our room. Definitely want to come back!
