Charging $25 a night for parking is ridiculous. We probably won’t be back for that reason. Nowhere says anything about a parking fee until you’re checking and then BAM oh here’s another $80 on your card.

Overall Great Stay

The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. However, the shower water temperature kept fluctuating by itself, which made showering not so great. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay! There were a couple of minor issues, but I didn't let the staff know before we left, because we were out. The dishwasher wasn't working, and both bathtub drains weren't working properly. Also, it would have been nice to have a smart TV or Roku. I ended up buying my own for our stay. But overall, it was a great stay.

Sehr schöne Anlage, die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten aus Zeitmangel. Für ein Frühstück hatten wir leider auch keine Zeit- Disneyland war wichtiger für die Kids. Anlage liegt sehr nahe am Magic kingdom.

I have stayed at both Sheraton Vistana locations and they are both great would definitely stay again. I love having a full kitchen and a Jacuzzi tub and a comfy bed. Also, the pools are wonderful and heated to 83°.

It was a wonderful stay. We will always stay here from now on if we can get the same price. It was clean, comfortable, and the pools and hot tubs were great. And the pizza at the bar was very good too.

First, I want to say I never write reviews, if we have a bad experience at a hotel, we just don't reserve at that establishment again. I gave the overall rating of one star because of the staff. The staff was incredibly unaccommodating. The room we reserved was not what we received, and this was even after I called 3 times to confirm in the weeks before we arrived. The staff working the Concierge desk, Check-in and the resort phone operators were incredibly rude.

It was amazing the staff were very nice and when we told them my wife had joint issues they put us into a ground level room and upgraded us.
