Room was spacious. two full baths and a mini-kitchen. Great location and amenities. The only con was in our 6 day stay they only did housekeeping once--instead of every other day as advertised. Still, I would highly recommend this place.

They charged me three times. I had to contact my bank and get my refunds. They charged me twice for parking also as I gave my card. Be careful. Check your bank statements after checking out.

I considered canceling my stay due to the reviews I read beforehand about roaches in the room. However, we gave this property a chance and we didn’t have any issues. Check-in was terrible - it took way too long, especially with a tired toddler in the car. They charged me twice for parking. We stayed in the Lakes section, which is one of two sections with an elevator. We got lucky, but the lack of elevators would make me hesitate to book this place, as we travel with lots of luggage and young children. The two bedroom apartment we got was wonderful! It was spacious and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook simple meals. Beds were comfortable and everything was in great condition. We received light cleaning every two days. I will say that this resort is not walkable, which is what we were looking for. Also, signs for driving were inadequate and confusing. Parking is too expensive, and we were also charged by the hotel for receiving a package during our stay. Most activities and mini golf cost extra.
