Our room was very clean and comfortable. However we could hear other guests in rooms next door, above and below. The grounds were excellent. Beautiful pools. Restaurants on site were underwhelming. We stopped by Castaways for a drink but did not end up ordering because something behind the bar smelt awful. We ended up walking to Tiki where we had a great time. At the beginning of our stay, the shuttle bus never came after waiting 20 minutes, we just took our bags and found our room on our own. It was quite the walk. Overall, decent stay but we would not stay again.

First time staying at this resort. I would definitely stay again. It is convenient to walk to different places for restaurants and close for getting to Disney World, Disney Springs, Shopping, Water Parks. The staff are extremely friendly and anything we needed, they provided right away.

Great stay but
The room was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was like a small apartment more than a hotel room. The only issue we had was with check in. They wanted us to come to a seminar the next morning to try and get us to buy into what was a time share. That was annoying. We declined.

We come here every year. It's convenient to highways and roads leading to Disney. Tons of eating options next door and down the street. Publix and Walmart five minutes away. Having all those options close by really helps when local Florida traffic makes it a chore to drive around. The rooms are always clean and have a lot of space. There is also a text line that is really helpful to get things like towels. If you are interested in resort amenities there are several pools for all ages, restaurants, basketball courts, playgrounds, etc.
