Been Staying at this resort for years . Never seems to disappoint. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds, common areas and our villa was extremely clean. Has been updated since our last stay. Love this property it has so much to do without leaving the grounds . Games and activities for entire family to enjoy. Very safe with good security. Will continue to stay there it’s great. Thank you

We had a great stay overall at Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas. We chose this resort mainly for our kids, and they really enjoyed the pools and amenities. The property was clean, well kept, and our villa was comfortable and spacious. The only downside was the food we had at the on-site bar. After eating there, a few of us didn’t feel well, especially my mother-in-law, which was disappointing. We didn’t report it during our stay, but it did affect our experience. Aside from that, it’s a very nice resort for families, and we appreciated the environment and everything it offered.

The room was the best part it was very nice and spacious. Check in was difficult, not ready at 4pm to check in. They argued with me that it was "between 4 and 6" but all paperwork said 4pm and we had kids and groceries, 45 mins later after asking multiple people for help we got our villa but it was a struggle. Also, I get paying for individual crafts, but every other resort we've ever stayed at had mini golf included, this place charged $10 per person plus tax! Constant construction, we had to park very far from our building, restaurants not open while we were by certain pools, signage and making our way around was not easy - (one person who was actually and owner there said "Nope. Nothing about this place is easy). Over all, nice rooms, nice pools but I don't think we would return.

The room was spotless and maintained very well throughout the week. The layout of the villa was also very good. The resort in general is a little confusing to get around but once you figure it out, it’s not so bad 100% we will be staying here again.

Stayed 3 nights to do the parks. The 2 bedroom was way larger than we anticipated with bedrooms situated at either side so kept things quiet. Laundry, full sized appliances and kitchen. 2 full bathrooms so everyone could get ready at once. Patio overlooked the pool and hot tub, it looked like most buildings had easy access to one of the pools. Restaurants, convenience stores, gym and games room on site but we didn’t use them. Unit was spotless and garbage was taken out and towel refilled our second night. Unit was way nicer than the photos. Option to take a golf cart or van to your unit if you have mobility issues (we didn’t need it.) Easy pickup from the front lobby by ride share everyday. Would 100 percent stay there again. Only concern we had was we could hear the people above us stomping around/moving furniture every night but not sure if that would apply to all units. Option to hold our bags was there for the last day as well.

The staff was very flexible and accommodating. We ended up getting stuck in Orlando for 3 extra days due to weather and the front desk went above and beyond for us.

The room was really spacious and actually luxurious for the price! There were two adults, two teens and two kids. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. A couple drawbacks- we waited 4 hours for pool towels to be restocked and they never were. We had to go to 4 other pools and eventually found some. Everyone was looking for them. I didn’t feel like the people working the rec room were very friendly. We felt awkward and embarrassed to be in there. They wanted nothing to do with us it felt like. I would stay there again because the room was huge and very nice but not really for their amenities.
