Our home boasts a generous 2024 sq ft living area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, perfect for families.

Enjoy the latest entertainment with our 4K smart TV along with high-speed 400Mb wireless internet access. Bring along your Amazon, Netflix, Disney + and any other subscription to have home from home TV experiences.

All the comforts of home are included, such as bed linens, towels, cot, highchair, and even a hairdryer. Just bring your clothes sun cream and beach towels and get ready to relax.

Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. You'll only need to bring your favorite foods and condiments.

For food and other general home supplies we have a Publix supermarket 4 mins away. And, if you don't feel like cooking, grab a bite from one of the many takeaways just 4 minutes away, such as Pizza/Philly steaks/ Chinese/ Sushi.

All the major franchised restaurants for a sit-down meal are within 15 minutes of the home.

Stay close to all the attractions in Florida, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Harry Potter World, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove (Dolphin swim), Busch Gardens, NASA- regular rocket launches, Airboat Rides, Factory Outlets, Gulf and Atlantic beaches, and many nearby golf courses. Relax in our private south-facing pool, with pool furniture for up to eight people. The screen netting around the pool provides full protection from insects while still allowing the sun through.

Enjoy the Florida sun from sunrise until nearly sunset, as the pool faces South/South West. And, if you visit during the winter months, the pool heating (an extra) can be added for a comfortable temperature of approximately 82 Deg F (minimum 5 days).

Escape the sun in our 23-foot by 10-foot covered lanai, with a fridge freezer with icemaker only feet away.

The family room overlooks the pool, and we also have a living room with patio doors overlooking the pool. Plus, our large pub-style round glass table is perfect for cards, games, or socializing with friends and family.

Retreat to our master bedroom, with a Super King-Size 6’6” bed, large dresser with mirror, 2-bed side drawers, and 32 inch Roku TV. The patio doors overlook the pool, and the walk-in closet features a digital safe. The master bathroom includes a large shower, oval bath, his and hers sinks with cupboards below, each with mirrors and vanity lights, and a separate toilet.

The second en-suite features a queen bed, TV, shower, and toilet, and the two twin rooms share a bathroom.

You'll also appreciate our easy drive to cruise terminals, so you can extend your vacation even further.

This Vrbo had plenty of room, a nice pool, and a family of sand hill cranes in the back yard. It was close to Disney, and close enough to Universal. There were two rooms decorated for younger people which was nice. I would recommend.

A Real Home from Home
This property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It really is ‘ A Home Away From Home’ and you can see it is well cared for by the owners. The owner is very prompt in replying to queries. The pool is private and gets the sun all day long. Greater Groves is not too far from the parks, whilst being far enough away if that is not what you are visiting for. It is well located for the supermarket and Chinese, Pizza and Philly steak take aways just across the road from it’s entrance We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank You Roy.

Great villa and location
Love the villa location, have stayed nearby before, but this has an excellent pool area not over looked. Also a very quiet area, we enjoyed watching the wildlife while lounging around the pool. Didn’t use the the kitchen much, as we ate out everyday, but was well equipped. There also a pool table and beach/pool equipment available in the garage. Had a fantastic stay and would like to return in the future if possible. Thanks Roy

Perfect home away from home
We cannot stop raving about our stay at this beautiful pool villa. It was clean, well equipped and perfectly located near shopping centers. Our 9-month grandson napped and slept like a Prince (no noisy neighbors)!

2nd Time Here, Great Property!
We stayed at this property a couple of years ago and when we came this year we noticed the owner's upgrades, always a great sign. The neighborhood is quiet, with sidewalks, a wonderful place to walk around. The owner is great to work with. We reported a problem with the washer and before we left a new washer and dryer were delivered. Nice. The house has nice Roku TV's for streaming and they are Airplay compatible so I was able to mirror shows from my home DVR using my Iphone. We were there during the NFL playoffs so we did need access to local channels. The Iphone worked for some of that but we bought an HD antenna to hook up to the tv and that worked great. We were able to watch all the local channels we wanted. We left it at the house for anyone who wants to use it in the future. All and all a great stay and we would recommend this property.

A Wonderful Holiday
We stayed in Roy’s home December 26, 2023-January 6, 2024 and had a wonderful holiday. Roy was quick to answer any questions leading up to our holiday and a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen had all the kitchen cookware etc we needed, even an air fryer. The beds were very comfortable and the home’s furnishings were new and also very comfortable. The weather was on the cool side so we had the pool heated for the duration of our stay so the water was nice and warm. We will definitely try to book here again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything Roy and family!

Excellent villa for a family stay, easily fitted my family of 7 with fully stocked kitchen and large pool area. Close to supermarkets and Disney world with a one way Uber costing around $20. Roy was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the booking process and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay.

Lovely Vacation
Check in process was easy. The home was large, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well despite the sweltering heat and humidity. Pool area was enjoyed by our family - well maintained during our stay. We very much enjoyed the property. I did submit a maintenance claim about the garbage disposal not working (it hadn’t worked since we arrived). It was unable to be fulfilled while we were there due to the July 4th holiday but that was understandable. Otherwise a very enjoyable trip and we would love to return.

Great villa and location.
The property is well laid out with 3 easy access to the pool area as well as shower room access. The pool (south facing) is nicely shaded for the first couple hours in the morning via a tree helping to keep things cool, for a while at least lol Pool area /lanai offers the continued shade if required throughout the day leaving plenty of other areas around the pool for those sun-worshipers. There was just myself and my wife but there would be plenty of internal space to accommodate much larger families comfortably, plenty of seating etc. We had a great 2 weeks of relaxation. Easy access to the 192 and onto the I4 meant directions were easy, always good. Would be happy to come back in the future. Communication with Roy (owner) were superb. Both before our arrival and during. Hail storm before our arrival had caused damage to alot of villas in the area but all sorted, screens replaced etc.

Property was clean, well maintained. We had one minor issue related to a weather incident, nothing to do with owner or property. A hail storm blew through the day before our arrival, knocking out a bunch of the screen panels around the pool. Other than that our stay was quite pleasant.

Exactly like pictured. House was clean and in a convenient location. Decor definitely needed to be updated as well as several appliances also needed updating. The pool was nice but we didn’t really get to use it because it was so cold, they may want to look into updating the pool furniture as well. There were sufficient towels and supplies but we were only given one trash bag. Overall worth the money we paid.

It was a lovely property and the host was very accommodating, for example, when we asked for the pool to be heated mid-stay. All of the parks we visited were easily accessible in less than 40 mins. House was really clean and checkin process was a dream. Loads of space - we were a family of 4 but there was comfortably room for 2 families of 4!

Greatest experience ever
This was our first time going through vrbo and I was a little apprehensive but the property far exceeded our exceptions. I can’t say enough how the description and pictures depicted an exact replica of what we encountered. I have to admit I was a little ignorant on how the door lock worked but the host replied immediately when I reached out for help and the property manager was always available to answer my questions. The purpose of our trip was to take our special needs daughter to see peppa pig and her having her own room and bathroom with a heated pool made her experience even more special. Everything was so clean and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend paying the extra few dollars to heat the pool. It was so worth it. Thank you to the owners for making our experience fantastic.

Fantastic family holiday in a great Villa.

Wedding Planning Weekend
The house is excellent! Our experience was wonderful. Myself and 4 other ladies visited the area to shop for my daughter’s wedding dress and do some wedding planning. I was provided with the address and door lock code in advance. We arrived late evening to the house and had no troubles upon arrival. All of the rooms, towels, linens and dishes were clean. The beds are very comfortable; we all slept extremely well. The tabletop fans provided are nice, much appreciated since FL is hot. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool table and dart board in the garage are nice entertainment. The full size washer and dryer were nice. The pool is wonderful, we got to enjoy it a bit during our stay. The pool is clean and well maintained. The house location is good; close enough to restaurants, shops, and Disney. We definitely recommend this home & owner. I am keeping this house as a favorite to stay at when in the area.
