We are satisfied with the PREMIER PARTNER with HomeAway with Our Luxury Villa THE ARTIST’S House that has been completely renovated and has ceiling fans in all rooms in/out.

The Artist’s house is accommodated for maximum 8 guests.

All the 4 bedrooms have carpet and the other rooms have ceramic tile floors .

The large lounge area is equipped with a big screen 65’ LED high definition flat TV . You have an access to the lanai with a ceiling fan, the private quiet extensive pool deck.

'The Artist's House' has a fully equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath with access to the private south facing pool and deck. You can eat breakfast lunch and dinner on the patio.You can also just rest on a lounge chair while surfing the internet with free wifi or making free phone calls in the US and Canada.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds.

All the bedrooms have their own LED high definition flat TV.

The game room is fully equipped with a pool table , a air hockey, a foosball.

AmazinG from day one great Communication, everything you see in the pictures is accurate easy check in, every detail needed for check in was giving, game room was also amazing front room tv does have air play which was good for our movie night we had there pool & outside area was very nice n peaceful but most of the host was very accommodating she is amazing I will be booking Here again. I travel 278 times a year and I recommend this 10/10 for all levels but we enjoyed our time and Just want to say thank you again for everything you a amazing host.

Great vacation Home
We had stayed at Indian Creek before and wanted a villa in this area. The Artist house was a great find. Check in was easy, the house was spotlessly clean. The host and management were easy to contact and very helpful. Had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. The pool was great and there were plenty of chairs and loungers. Location is good too, close to Disney main road and parks. The i4 goes straight to Universal parks and Florida Malls. A good place to call home, while on holiday. Would stay here again. Thankyou from the Osborne family.

BEAUTIFUL HOME
This was my first time booking a vacation home. I was very nervous when booking. The ENTIRE process was EASY. Valerie quickly answered my questions before and during my stay. When we pulled up to the home we all were excited. The home looks just like the pictures. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!!! I'D DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. I LOVED THE POOL. THE KIDS ENJOYED THE WHIRLPOOL.

Wonderful home for a family vacation.
Perfect vacation rental for my family. The home is impeccably clean and the host, Valerie is great and accommodating. We enjoyed our time in between the parks staying at the house and enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Wonderful experience!
The Artist’s House was absolutely delightful! The property was very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for our family and the amenities were great for all ages. Our younger children enjoyed the pool while our older children enjoyed the games in the garage. The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and Val was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We visit Florida at least twice a year and we will continue to stay at The Artist’s House for all our future visits!

Exactly as described - well maintained and managed
We really enjoyed our stay at The Artists House. The home is exactly as described and suited our family’s needs perfectly. We took the kids to Disney parks 3 of our 7 days there while my 80 yr old dad stayed back to enjoy the air conditioning. The other days we all enjoyed the pool and hanging out at the house. We had a little trouble with the keyless lock but the management company and owner were super responsive and worked out a solution for us. Owner was very friendly and we had great commutation leading up to and throughout the stay. Everything in the home is clearly labeled/with instructions and a proper booklet to explain everything (answered all our questions before we even asked)! Highly recommend.

Perfect stay
The location of this house is not a few minutes drive to the Disney parks and other points of interest but also to shopping and food. Traffic was a little congested at times but to be expected with the location so close to everything. The house overall was very cozy and just enough for our short stay. The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable also. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day after being on our feet and walking at the Disney parks. Val was wonderful dealing with and coordinating our arrival and stay. The only things I would recommend is having blinds or thicker curtains installed on the master bathroom door going out to the pool area and window and as you can see right through the ones that are currently there. There is a privacy fence between the properties however, anyone staying in the house with you who happens to be on the back porch could see you in the bathroom.
