Would do it again!
Although there were a few things with the property that needed attention, the property owner was very responsive and all seemed to been issues the manager/previous tenants didn’t report. He took all measures to ensure things were corrected and we would definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Host
Our family of 7 stayed at this home to be close to Universal & Disney for a week. The home was beautiful, spacious, very clean and perfect for our family. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect for the kids after a long day away at the parks. The Host- Diego was great to communicate with, quick to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying at this home. We will be definitely staying here next time we’re in Florida!

Great Home
We enjoyed our one week stay with our family. House is clean, beds comfortable. Had a few hiccups with the air conditioning and the pool/jacuzzi, but Diego was extremely responsive and got things taken care of for us immediately!!! It’s so worth it to pay to heat the pool/jacuzzi during the winter!! The pool cools down quickly without it. Resort is beautiful but the cafe only open on the weekends. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation here!!!

Amazing Disney Vacay
Upon entry of the house we were impressed with the cleanliness and space. It was a family trip to Disney World and the home was amazing. The beds and pillows were super comfortable ( we still need to find out where they are from lol). The pool was a hit with the kids. Diego was immediately responsive if we had questions. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you again Diego for all of your help.

The house could have been cleaner in some areas but realize it is hard to clean everything with turn around time. Had issues with refrigerator and microwave but property manager was fantastic to deal with and handled everything. Was not too impressed with the resort.

Really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and neighborhood was nice safe and clean. We did have refrigerator issues twice during our week stay repairman came quickly appeared to be a known issue. Some minor wear and tear on home such as pool table but overall in good shape and was very clean. We loved the pool glad we paid to have it heated Only reasons gave 4 versus 5 stars was the refrigerator issues and that we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and basic kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper and cooking spray. We also appreciated the high chair provided. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect
Amazing from start to finish! Diego was so helpful, kind, accommodating, and professional. The property was immaculately cleaned! The neighborhood was quite. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Disney. I would rate this property and the owner a 12 out of 10 if I could. We REALLY appreciated how clean things were, it was as if we were the first people to stay there. There was so much to do from the pool, to the game room, to the hot tub! I would recommend this property to other families, without hesitation!

Beautiful and Spacious House
We were very pleased with this rental property in Davenport, FL. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and games in the garage while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was really nice having two master bedrooms since we travelled with another set of adults. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and even got to enjoy the resort lazy river and exercise room which were both very nice. Diego was great to work with and made sure our stay went very smoothly.

Nice house, construction around interstate exit though
It was a very nice house, both clean and accurately described. Diego was very helpful and responsive. The only negative thing about the property is the location. Although the construction around the intestate exit is temporary, it added some extra time for travel. That has nothing to do with the house though, which was great. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Booking the property was easy but there were a few unfortunate things. First if all the first few days we did not have a work washer so we just had to like our wet clothes. Later on in the week we went out and then once we arrived back at the house there was some random person inside the home. Turned out to be the maintenance guy who we had no clue would be there. Another thing is one of the showers was clogged. So the whole point of everyone having their own bathrooms was defeated. And another thing is that the pool picture is not accurate. We thought it was more of an indoor pool because that’s what it looks like and it was just net around the pool so if it rained we still couldn’t swim. But at the end of the day that didn’t matter mush seeing as we weren’t in the house for most of our trip.

Nice but not so nice!!
We were so thankful for Diego...This trip was made up from last year and he was so nice, helpful and was always very quick to respond! The house layout is great for large families and decorated so nice. We paid to have the pool heated and we are so glad we did, the water could not have been any more perfect. If staying at this property bring extra...from a blanket for your bed to bath towels/pool towels it lacked it all! This is the first property I have stayed at that literally provides NOTHING! We had many refrigerator/freezer problems which caused a lot of food to go bad and even kept some up at night from the noise. Maintenance quickly arrived serval times but never resolved the issue. Half way through the trip our pool turned green and cloudy...We did let the pool guy know but it remained that way till we left. A few of the games located in the garage were broken which made the main things in this area not useable. There is NO privacy...Several people would walk through the yard, stop and chat right next to the pool or even play yard games right next to you as you are floating in the pool. Defeated the purpose of paying for a private pool at times! We will gladly work with Diego again but would not stay at this property!

My family and I loved the house. The house is just like the pictures! We all loved the big comfy couch in the loft! Diego was amazing, he kept in touch with us the entire trip from the check in to the check out. Whenever we had a issue, he fixed it in no time! The only issue we had was that there was no ceiling fans in the house or in the pool area. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely book again! Thank you Diego for all your help and we loved the house!

Long weekend getaway
The house was exactly as listed if not better. It was beautiful and spotless. My group consisted of 6 adults; we were able to spread out and have our own bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were a perfect ending to every night. The property manager, Diego, was very helpful and responsive from booking the house to check-out. Definitely one of the best hosts to work with. We are all looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and game room were big hits. Our family of 9 had a great time and also had enough space. Close to the parks and shopping. Would recommend if you’re considering renting a house in the Orlando area!

Beautiful house in quiet resort style community
My family and I stayed at this house in August, I cannot say enough good things about the house and our host Diego. The house is brand new, the furniture was outstanding. All sturdy good quality furniture. The beds are very comfortable with good quality pillows and sheets/comforters. The kitchen has all brand new high end appliances. It really did blow us away. It was so clean when we arrived. The location was great, only 20 minutes to Disney. Diego made everything very easy for us when checking in. He responded very quickly with any questions I had. Garbage is 5 days a week which is great since you never had any garbage around the house. I would recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be coming back.
