The hotel was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the Mickey Mouse–shaped chocolate waffles, my daughter absolutely loved them.Another great thing was the heated pool. When we arrived, the weather was not very good, so it was amazing that the pool was warm and comfortable to use. A big plus was also the hot tub, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We liked our room, but it was accessible for disability and the shower was too low for us to take a shower so we had to bend over but Ernesto and who checked us out Jean I believe her name is we’re real sweet to us and gentle Manager also came around asking how we were doing while we were eating breakfast

I stayed here a couple of years ago, this time I found out that clean service was not the same. But I do not complain. My room was refreshed fine. Just gat someone left for the whole night a lot of trash in the hallway, this could cause roaches and mice in the rooms. Also, I the first night I called front desk asking help to turn the heat in the room but, no one came. I have to figured out how the temperature works.
