Recent stay for 20 people
So many issues from the beginning. Called the office or managers more than 15 times. Response would be promising and would blow us off or come fix our pool and hot tub in 5 minutes and remained unusable 5 out is 6 of our days. Smoke alarms going off. Large Florida roach bugs. (Stayed at 5 other homes in same area and have not had these bugs or complaints.) Very disappointing for the amount we paid and for 20 people to entertain. Still haven’t heard a word about a refund of any kind.

Great but….
Amazing house but needs a play area or entertainment maybe a couple games for the kids or a pool table or something great for adults but not very kids friendly like other rentals maybe a game room would be perfect to compliment the property

Great location. Near everything. This 10 bedrooms/bathrooms and pool were terrific. Timely communication with management. Community amenities for family fun! 1 drawback: Garbage pick up from the prior guests stayed on the property for 3 days. Other than that, the stay was refreshing!

Awesome Stay
My family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a few downsides though. We wanted to barbecue and I had to pay extra for the grill, whereas other homes we’ve previously rented in the area the grill was included with the property. Also the pictures of the house online SHOULD be updated to reflect how the home looks now! But overall we enjoyed our time and vacation here. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Our home had lots of room for a multi family get together. Loved all of the double appliances. The swimming pool and hot tub was great as we spent more time using them than we had anticipated. I chose not to pay extra for heating the swimming pool only to find out that the hot tub was connected to the pool and did not heat up which was kind of a bummer for others in our party. Overall though, we couldn’t have asked for more. The Aqua Park on the complex was great and so was the Shark Lounge were we lunched a couple of times. Our beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Showers were spacious, clean & wonderful. Will definitely promote the resort back home!

The house was sooooo spacious and clean. It felt like the house had never been used before. The fact that the management company is on site gives you the feel of hotel attention, but in a home. The free water park and all the amentities includes topped the cake!!!!!! We are definitely coming back!!!!

Beautiful resort
We actually stayed in home number ec85 it had everything you could think of. More then enough dishes and room. The kids was in pool from 9am to 10pm they didn't want to get out to do anything. The only thing we disliked was at night when it cooled off the adults wanted to use hot tub that was not hot. They charge $40 a day to heat it. Plus after being there for 7days I feel like the pool should be cleaned at some point free of charge. also we used shuttle services to parks but had to walk back to home at 2am we were not told there wouldn't be resort shuttle available only cause the little ones were tired and sleep. But we loved it and would definitely stay again! It was just like we were home already.

Great place for big crowd
Close to Disney. Nice home. Pool out back. Large kitchen 2 dw 2 refrigerators. 2 living rooms with large leather couch and flat screen TV. We were 12 people and there was plenty of room.
