I liked the newness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was good, but inexperienced because of the newness of the hotel. I did not like there was no option to self-park and the overnight valet was $40 tax tip. That's an automatic $50 on the rate, plus the $30 resort fee, which I guess was supposed to be rebated by a $30 credit. Not a great deal. I did not like at all that I reserved in advance on Expedia, 2 breakfasts included. It was clearly stated on the confirmation, but the hotel did not agree even looking at the confirmation. Strange. They ultimately provided a voucher for 2 free breakfasts, which sounded okay, but after we ate and received the bill, the server pointed out that only some of the breakfast options were included in the voucher. Really? Strangely there was a slight difference (inclusion of potatoes) between the included option and the one we were charged $15 for plus $8 for coffee even though there was a carafe with free coffee outside the restaurant door. Strange. I don't like surprise fees when I check out. I really don't like that.
