Staff needs to provide specific instructions to travelers not staying in the same building as the registration desk, rather than pointing in a general direction and rattling off the building name. Staff needs to be aware that some travelers are not familiar with the campus and building names, maybe writing the name of the building would be helpful. Same for access to WiFi service, instructions are incorrect, instructing guests to log into a service that according to the front desk rep. does not exist. Staff seemed annoyed to have to explain the proper WiFi service and log in procedures. When attempting to login to the WiFi service, note states you have to enter an access code, which is actually the password (without a space, which was not clear either).
