Truly beautiful Italian farmhouse/villa. This is a stunning property in all aspects. Meticulously kept grounds, pool clean with lovely lounge chairs. Room was beautiful and well appointed. View to Orvieto is breathtaking. Food was delicious, Staff were all 5 star. This property is up hill and other side from orvieto, and required a cab ride daily, which was not cheap, and there are only 4 cabs in Orvieto, however, they did come fast when called. One might consider a car rental next time, which is conveniently located outside train station.

The property is just breathtaking, the view to Orvieto is gorgeous and this view was from our room, pool and breakfast/dinner patio. Our room for 4 guest was literally a small apartment, the main room with its bathroom was huge. Over all, if you are coming to Orvieto for a few days or a week this is definitely the place you want to stay.

So nice to end our Italy adventure here before returning to Rome and our flight home. Absolutely a gem - relaxing, pampered, hillside luxury. Loved the access to the town - yet felt completely removed from any obligations. Highly recommend if looking for quiet bliss.

We couldn't have hoped for a better retreat. You need a car to get to this gem 10 mins outside of Orvieto but if you're looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful property with an amazing pool, this is the place. We had great service, food (breakfast and dinner) and accommodation.

Lovely helpful staff, remarkable building with the best possible views looking down at Orvieto and the famous Cathedral. Stay here and simply drive in to see the town. Outside breakfast and other meal views are exceptional. Dinner recommendations are excellent. Return for us is likely!
