No customer service from the time to check-in to check-out. After long flight, traffic frustrations. Finally, arrived to the hotel and have to deal with self check-in system/kiosk. Took 4 attempts with unsuccessful help from 2 employees. The system can’t find reservation number and can’t scan the passports. The 4th time, got through the checkin “procedures” all by myself without “hotel” help!
BEWARE!!! Room is VERY small, paid extra for room with window and city view. Must climb on top of the bed to open the window to see the view…
A “small coffee” restaurant in the lobby is not any better. Again, unfriendly service. After ordered coffee, went to get water on the corner counter as offered. Accidentally, pour from a juice pitcher instead. The male waiter hurry ran to tell us that juice is not included. We just want water, but offered to paid for it. For a little glass of juice, priceless!!!
Must say: good location but didn’t compensated for comfort, hospitality and service.
