El Hotel muy bonito, céntrico pero las habitaciones son en miniatura , no hacen limpieza de los cuartos solo te dejan una bolsa en la puerta con toallas limpias el Desayuno $45 por persona era un buffet , pudo ser mejor . En conclusión buen hotel . Si can de paseo y no se va a quedar en la habitación está bien para dormir .

Impersonable and too busy!
Tried to check in half an hour early as I had a child with medical issues (2.30pm) instead of 3 and was told strictly no check in until 3pm. The lobby was full of people waiting and then check in was done by self service machines only. I then had go line up at reception to collect our suitcases. They weren't even taken up to the room even though they arrived hours before we did! For the 4 days the lifts were always jammed full and had to wait to get in them. The hotel facilities are excellent and is a nice hotel but very impersonable and sterile. Wouldnt stay in an APA like that again.

Room was smaller than expected but definitely super clean! Hotel was very modern with a luxurious feel. Staff was more than helpful especially with helping me forward my luggage to the Tokyo Disney Resort with ease! Onsen was very accommodating for relaxation with amenities as well. Bonus is there is a Lawson and laundromat on the 4th floor!

The tower was a short walk from the station. About twelve or so restaurants extremely close by. Surprisingly quiet for its location. Staff was able to communicate in english.

Room is small but well organized. Onsen was a nice unexpected extra. Area around was great for dining options and very ideal for doing day trips. As others mentioned, the elevators can be a bit slow/busy and you can hear the street. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.
