A wonderful stay in a nice cozy room. We would've stayed here longer as we were enjoying the Osaka area, but our plans were already made! Our only complaint is the long elevator wait times all throughout the day. But with ad many floors and guests that this hotel can sustain, it's no surprise.

This property is neither terrible or great but sits right in between. The automated check in process is truly horrible and guests should be given an option to use either a machine or check in with a staff member. The rooms are small (by western standards) but was comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The bathroom was tiny but manageable (I am 6’2 and just had enough room) As we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t use a lot of the facilities at all, keep in mind there is a charge to use the rooftop pool. The location is handy to trains, shopping and plenty of food options as well as a short 5-10 min walk from Osaka station.
