We Enjoyed our stay at this APA, as it had all the amenities such as a 7-11, laundry, men/women onsen, hair salon, and massage spa all on the 4th floor. Restaurant was located on the 2nd floor, with a coffee shop on the first. Additionally, it is located next to the JR Namba station and the OCAT station where you can take the bus back to KIX.

The conbini inside the building is honestly a game changer, you got all kinds of stations and transportation around you (plus the stores inside them) and not to mention the mall and dotonbori/namba areas at walkable distance. The ambience and service where great as well. Honestly only thing I would point out is how cold it gets on the hallways since it's kind of outdoors, but it's nothing to change my general opinion.

Possible New Fav in Osaka
First time staying at this location and while I prefer to be closer to the Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi area this is within walking distance. New hotel with lots of amenities. Worth coming back and staying longer.

Overall, it’s okay and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The hotel has 40 floors and is very crowded, especially during check-in and check-out times. The elevators are often full, and despite having many, the wait can be quite long. The staff is fine, but I found it unusual that I had to go down to the lobby to pick up an air cleaner myself, as it’s usually provided in the rooms at most APA locations. It didn’t seem like they were very willing to assist with this matter.

Location is good, If you take airport limousine bus from Kansai airport, The hotel is 30 seconds walk from namba bus terminal. Large supermarket is 3 mins away, Namba station is 4 mins away. This hotel is nearly new hotel, so it is very clean. Only thing is that the room is very small (but typical size in Japan). Otherwise, very happy for this hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel for small group of tourists.

This hotel is a brand new hotel opened in early December 2024. I stayed in mid December 2024 and would definitely stay again. The hotel is directly across from the OCAT bus terminal and JR Namba station, making it very convenient to go to/from Kansai airport and JR lines. There is a public bath/sauna and tubs, laundry facilities and 7/11 all located on Level 4. The Osaka-Namba metro station is about 5 mins walk and Dotonburi Street is about 15 mins walk from the hotel. I stayed in a standard room, which is small but this is the norm for Japan. The room had all amenities needed. Each floor also has a filtered water station so you can fill up your water bottle each day. Highly recommend this hotel given its newness and quiet location.

You can’t check in until 3pm!!!
It’s a nice hotel. I think they need to put water in the room because it’s freezing the second you step outside the door and walk down the hallways with a jug, makes me feel like I’m camping. Got charged an extra hour for not checking out at 10am yet nobody told me I had to. You can’t check in until 3pm and that’s my biggest gripe. Half the days gone?
