Not that convenient
Check in process is kept outside the place. This check in is done remotely. Place around the area is quite unsafe for family. And there is no front desk. We had to lug luggage from Tokyo to Osaka cos we couldn't fwd our luggage. Consider carefully. There are 2 rehabilitation places within walking distance from our place. I didn't let my teenager daughter go out by herself after 5. The actual cleaning staff don't speak English. It's kinda of difficult. Nearest train is Shin Imamiya. Exit from East exit. Took us 15 min to walk with luggage to there. Dotombori is like 2 km away (about 20 min walk). We didn't go in the end. It's at a residential part. Not very convenient. And there is no free bkft. We settle bkft at nearby APA hotel. (80m away). This place is secluded. Think carefully. Dinner- we went for Saizenraya for 3 nights (budget eating). Don't use Ebitsu (nearest train like 300m away). Use the main Shin Imamiya station as your pickup and tfr. Be prepared to WALK if you choose this place as this is not that convenient. Good if u wanna save $ for a family. About 25 min to USJ. Take Osaka loop from Shin Imamiya. Don't need to take cab. We took cab to Shin Osaka - 3800/5100 for 2 taxis (5 of us, 4 luggage) Can rent a car (80 SGD from 8am-8pm). Car rental is nearby. We rent to go Minoh waterfall. About 1h away. Think carefully before booking this place.

A go place to stay in your visit to Osaka
Was an easy to get in, perfect place to rest and visit de Namba and eat all Osaka products. Just 1 station from dotonbori and 5 minutes waking from Tsutenkaku

Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer. Their dryer is inside the toilet function.

Their rules are a little strict, but you should be fine as long as you are not a loud person who smokes. The interior is nice and clean, and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Osaka Tower (Tsūtenkaku).

It was located in a nice neighborhood close to plenty of convenient stores and late night food places. Also not a bad walk to all the tourist places in Osaka. Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay! Very spacious compared to Japanese standard room. Walking distance to the train station. Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower is just across the street. There’s also a grocery store and convenience stores nearby.

Was a great place to stay problem was didn't get code for the front door till well after we arrived, but people there were great help. Area is nice around a lot of places and attractions. Walkable distance from dontonbori and other stuff.

Make sure to get your codes prior to check in.
Check in process was probably the worst ive ever experienced. We did not receive a check in or door code prior. There was absolutely no staff on the grounds to help us. A couple guests also said they had the same issue when trying to help us check in. Rooms were fabulous and made up for the check in process.

Positives: Because it's a condo, the room and beds are bigger so it is a comfortable stay. Includes a kitchenette and washer and "dryer" with fairly simple instructions. It's close to the Shinsekai Market and so easy to get to any other tourist areas by train (Dotonburi, Universal Stdios, etc.) Negatives: It says you will receive an email instruction for an entrance code to check-in in which I never got. And after travelling all day and arriving late at night, I was too tired to have to be dealing with this. We were lucky that another guest happen to go in when we got there. Once checked-in and we asked for the code, the 2 they gave us didn't work. It was a slight inconvenience, to an otherwise good stay.

walking distance to the metro station, like 5mins walk. if you fancy walking for maybe 15mins, then the Mega don quijote if nearby too. place is quiet, and clean. the room was properly stocked up with toiletries. and is a decent size room, you can open your luggages on the floor.
