Pretty good and at a convenient location, just a few minutes from the station. The hotel is recently build and everything is relatively new/modern, though with a few strange minor details (ie the lighting in the room is terrible if you want to look at your face in the mirror. The placement of the power outlets on the bedframe right above your pillow is also strange, making it very likely for your phone to drop on your head at night). I'm mainly giving this hotel a 3/5 because of the house keeping. As another reviewer also mentioned, the house keeping refuses to do anything with the dirty dishes/cups. Used up dishes laid out there for the entire duration of our stay. I'd be happy to wash them if they provide dish sponge/soap or some guideline for the guests - I've never been to another place that doesn't refresh new dishes/cups. Another semi-gross experience was the tiny bottle of lotion (size of your finger so it's meant to be disposable) that was used up by the previous guest and quite greasy - housekeeping should have tossed it or provided a new one.

Lovely onsens
Indoor and outdoor spa stole the show for me. It's on the 31st floor, along with a pretty sizeable gym with good enough equipment and a coin laundry. Public bath was very spacious and I love that the onsens are open for almost the entire day, late into the night.

The staff seemed under experienced for what is suppose to be a premium hotel. We arrive at 11pm having picked up put car. The car park attendant watched us and then locked the carpark in front of us. It took until 1am to find parking in central Osaka that the staff seemed to find funny.

Our stay was really good. The check in process was a breeze and the room was very clear and had a nice view to the city. Room service was done daily, we came back to fresh made beds and pajamas. The hotel is located in a walking distance to the busy streets were you can find cafes restaurants and shops also a metro station is near by. I didn’t try the food. The spa was never crowded, I had the Sauna for myself at times I’d definitely recommend staying here
