Great hotel with spacious rooms, the gym was large and had many equipments, walkable to Dontonbori and across from the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly, this will definitely be my first choice when returning to Osaka

All staff we had interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The hotel is spotless and has numerous options for dining, though we were only able to try Whiskey Nova which was excellent. Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Namba Station and Shinsaibashi are all within a 10 minute walk making it very easy and stress free to enjoy Osaka.

Just less than ten minutes walk to Numba station. Really accessible when travel with pram. Right next to Numba Park. A lot of food options. Would stay again.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big with beautiful views. Transportation, dining and shopping are in easy walking distance. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay, would stay there again.

A real pleasant surprise how good this hotel is. Staff is very courteous and tentative. We have a great time here at Centara Osaka. High quality but reasonably priced. Real gem in the Namba neighborhood.

The rooms were amazing, very clean and elegant. The front desk was the absolute best at helping us add a day to our reservation without having to move rooms. The only negative thing we encountered was being given and then charged for drinks we didn't order in one of the restaurants.

Location, close to Namba train station, level of service, cleanliness, corner king bed room had tons of light with excellent black out curtains, restaurants excellent (Thai and seafood restaurants), attached Parks Namba shopping centre was top notch Overpriced breakfast if reservation not made in advance. Needed to leave the hotel for breakfast.
