Excellent location. Near enough to everything that is going on in the main area of Osaka and far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Ten minutes walking at most to a variety of shopping, places to eat. Hotel modern and clean , staff excellent, friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms spotless. Recommend and if every coming back to Osaka would be first choice to book again.

We loved that the hotel is centrally located. All the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently near the train station. There were so many restaurants nearby and five restaurants in the hotel. It was hard to choose where to eat. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had dinner reservations at a omakase restaurant but we were unsure if they were open due to the message that we read online. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice, he called the restaurant for us to confirm they were open. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop bar has a great vibe with a DJ and the view is amazing! The rooms are clean, good size and I like that the toilet and shower are in separate spaces. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back with our family.

Great property and stay! I wouldn't categorize it as a 5-star hotel, but a strong 4-star one. Service at check-in/out could be improved with more attentive service, but it's understandable how busy the hotel is. The location is A and super convenient, especially using transit to get to the airport. Rooms are well-appointed, new and fresh. Property in general is well-designed and very aesthetic and functional. Breakfast is decent, but can be very busy with food not being replenished fast enough. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. It is a beautiful hotel and property with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious and our room was spotless, spacious, and modern. We particularly enjoyed the club level amenities and the bars on the top floors, which had excellent drinks and views of the city. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a suite. I wish we had time to stay more than one night here.

Service & hospitality outstanding. Location was a few minutes walk from lots of activity but I would have preferred a bit closer, especially as navigation around the train station can be somewhat confusing & asking directions confounding with the language barrier, even with Google Translate. Room very clean but sparse, nothing special, excellent shower & tub. On 9th floor but heard trains outside our window frequently, sometimes was a bit unpleasant. lobby .& environment very modern & pleasant.

Only stayed 1 night but the hotel was easy to get to from the train station, the corner room had a fantastic view, good breakfast selection and was nice to have the gym. Felt well taken care of. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was excellent, the best view and mentioned it was our honeymoon and the staff made a special effort.

No early check in for any guests resulted in everyone trying to check in at 3pm which caused a long queue and delays. We were waiting for over 25 minutes. The communal areas are nice however, the rooms are certainly not 5*, nor is the service. No added extras; you have to pay for everything other than 1 bottle of water. The restaurants and bars are very expensive. If you get a good deal then the hotel is worth a stay however, it certainly isn’t a 5* experience.
