Great service and great location, very comfortable
The hotel room was clean, and had all the amenities I’d need to freshen up and start my day. The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful in reserving services and directing me in my travel plans even! The bed was super comfortable , but I like a hard bed. I’m also 6’ tall so this fit me perfectly. The location is great and very close to namba station, easy to get around to major attractions from there

Unique perks including free juice/soda (from a dispenser) and shared makeup products. Rooms were well designed with more outlets than the average Japanese hotel room and you can control all lights from the bedside. Many of the staff members spoke decent English. Wifi was pretty good. Overall a very nice stay.

The hotel is efficiently run and the rate is very reasonable. Checkin was quick and the staff explained clearly what to expect on the services. Although the room is small and no broadcast TV services, the room was quite comfortable after a long day out. Breakfast is good, many Japanese varieties, salad, and fruit. Location is good. There are Family Mart and a great supermarket within 5 5o 10 min walk. JR Namba station (Yamatoji Line) is 10 min walk and Ashiharabashi Station (Osaka Loop Line) is 15 min walk. These 2 lines are covered by the JR pass which I had. Overall, I enjoyed my time with this hotel.

A short walk from Dotonbori and convenient location for JR Namba station due to having a JR pass. Bathroom was the smallest of all the hotels we stayed at whilst in Japan but still manageable.

Small room which is quite common in Japan，good breakfast, close to OCAT Bus which can ride it to KIX, take us to walk at least 20 mins Namba Station.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is close to OCAT & JR Namba but quite a walk to Metro station. Staffs are nice. You can drop your luggage if you wish as Check in at 3.00 p.m. Breakfast is ok, more Japanese style. I do love Coffee at the lobby. I wish the hotel will pay more attention more on cleaning. I saw some dust and grease on headboard!

Customer service went above and beyond - very impressed with the service. Nice new, comfortable rooms and close to the action. Breakfast buffet left a little to be desired but we went about 30 mins before service ended so this may have been why. Good coffee though.

Nice hotel, walking distance to Dotonbori st.
Nice hotel, about a 15-minute wall from Dotonbori street and Namba station. The room was a bit small (Japanese style) but overall clean and friendly staff.
