I've stayed at this property before. It's convenient to take the trains and metro. The room itself was dated and tired. The refrigerator kept falling over . The in room massage was one of the best I've had. Their buffet breakfast was very good.

Excellent stay in Osaka

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location to discover the city in minutes. We are very pleased with the service provided by the hotel, especially we travel with luggage and the staff help us to get in and to take taxi downstairs. 5stars.

Dated rooms with foul odor in the bathroom despite appearing clean. No temperature control in the room and room got too hot making it difficult to sleep. Beds were too hard to be comfortable. Receptionist and staff were polite and friendly but they can’t fix the above mentioned issues. The property needs a major overhaul! Truly disappointing experience and waste of my money. Will book elsewhere next time.

We chose Granvia Osaka because of the location. But the room was very small and did not look very clean. I saw some hair in the bathroom, which was not ours. The floor did not look very clean. It was fine because it was only one night. The room had an air cleaner and a humidifier combined. It had a red light on, so I asked the front desk to have someone look at it. I was told to fill out the water tank myself for "sanitary reasons". I had to figure out how to refill the tank. It was not difficult, but I found it was not sanitary for me to change the water because I had to touch something, which no one knew how it was handled, and I did not have any protective gear. The service can be improved.

Muy básico y viejas las habitaciones, mucha gente en recepción sobretodo si llegas temprano y dejas guardadas las maletas y regresas a la hr del checkinn está atascado de gente esperando su habitación, el hotel es para solo llegar a dormir, la habitación es muy chica y fea decoración, pero está dentro de la estación lo cual es una gran ventaja para moverte

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet. Despite being a very large hotel, we never felt it to be overwhelming. Great to be near all trains! We were grateful we stayed at this hotel vs elsewhere in the city. So much to explore in Osaka and so nice to return to Umeda and enjoy the multitude of restaurants and shops at the end of the day!

Booked a standard room indicating that there are 3 people in the reservation (2 adults and 1 eleven year old child). Every other hotel we went to provided a futon, but not Granvia - they expect we share a twin bed with our 11 yr old. Ended up paying and extra 50k yen to upgrade the room in order to get a bed for our son.
