They stored our luggage prior to check-in and then we were able to check-in an hour and a half before the regular check-in time. Much appreciated. Bathroom was fresh and clean.

Lovely hotel just by Shin-Osaka Station with FREE shuttle bus to hotel from WEST Exit 4 . Great breakfast options for non Japanese and can transfer the breakfast vouchers to fixed lunch menu in lieu.

It was ok, needing a place to stay overnight before we travel to Kyoto. Very small room. A good breakfast buffet and free shuttle service to the train/subway station makes the hotel stay better.

The room was spacious & clean. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is fantastic with great varieties, Japanese & Western. Shuttle bus service to Shin-Osaka every 15 mins. Have stayed here a few times. Definitely my first choice when in Osaka.

The hotel is very convenient to and from the train station with free shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and you get free water in the room although it says tap water can drink. I would come back again.

Solo in Osaka
This is an awesome location with free shuttle to and from the hotel. It's about 15 minutes walk if you don't want to wait. But the service is fast if you missed the shuttle. There are many restaurants and shops at the train station and restaurant at the hotel with food /drinks vending machines on the floors. The hotel staff is very friendly and room is very clean. You get bottled water in the room but you can drink the tap water. There's a water kettle to make tea or coffee. I would come back again!
