The staff was nice and did their best to work with English speakers. For a budget hotel, it was was excellent and on the same level as fancier hotels that cost twice as much elsewhere. It was a very cozy and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in

I loved the friendly staff! Any problems I had were quickly resolved. Beds were very clean. If you have questions about getting a taxi they were also helpful. No smoking rooms was good because no odor.

Great hotel, friendly welcoming staff. This location has great access to the subway to go deeper into Osaka or for people wanting to visit Kyoto. It is also 1 stop from Shin-Osaka, very easy access from the Shinkansen trains. The only negative is that the area around the hotel is pretty absent of things to do - you will have to transport to a different part of Osaka to have your fun.

Very nice, respectful, and easy to communicate despite there being a language barrier. Very clean and 10 minute walk from shin-osaka. Super close to metro line as well making dotonbori and other places easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location. Very clean room. Easy walk to Shin Osaka station and there is a subway/ metro station around the corner from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a very good place to stay.
