Location was nice and safe. Hotel room was very small with only a plug in air conditioning unit that would shut off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was great. Staff would not provide extra pillows.

Great hotel to explore Osaka for a few days. Small compact Japanese hotel rooms. We had cojoining rooms and had the kids in one side. Worked out perfectly. Would be a squeeze if spending 4+ nights though. Great local location.

Staff and location were great! Although the room was small, it didn’t matter too much to us. The bed was too hard and pillows too soft for our liking. Literally woke up with a sore back every day. Other than that, the hotel and its staff were great!

This hotel is clean and located in quiet neighborhood. We had a connecting room so it was very spacious for for 4 people. The washroom was the only downside, very small you can't hardly stand there to brush your teeth. And it's not the most convenient location. You have to take train to everywhere. The elevators were very small so during busy times you have to wait quite a while to get in.

Modern and very clean. We had to upgrade to a suite because bathroom was not wheelchair accessible. AC was fabulous during heat wave of over 100 degrees daily. Mattress was very firm which was too hard for my old bones so sleeping well was a challenge for me.

The area had a lot of dinning options; it is quite a walk to any nearby train stations. The amenities were great. The room was small but the space was well-utilized; but if you’re a bigger person then fitting inside the bathroom would be a challenge. Overall it was great value and we would stay again if given the chance. Highly recommend.
