The hotel is amazingly clean and very convenient for both the Namba line train station and Dotonbori tourist area. Just a few minutes walk to the famous Glico sign and Dotonbori street. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating when my one night stay became two. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of options. The room is a bit small but that’s common with Japanese hotels. And for the price I can’t complain. The only downside was that the bed was quite hard and pillow seemed to flatten overnight. But after long days exploring and enjoying Osaka that was not a major issue. My room view was of the cement building next to me. But for the price I wasn’t paying for a view.

The location is very convenient. The room size is big enough for 3 of us. The staffs are good as well. However, the water in the dispenser water is always run out.

Check in was fast and easy, if you're staying more then 4 days you are required to go out as there is room cleaning. Breakfast was nice room and toilet was clean. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Very dependable and consistent brand of hotel and offers much value for the money. Free breakfast buffet is a nice touch. There were enough washers and dryers so I didn’t have to wait on any. Room felt a tad more spacious compared to most other hotel rooms in the city. Still small by western standard, but cozy. Turning the main room light off without removing the room key wasn’t readily apparent, but I was able to figure out with trial and error (it’s thru a remote control). Otherwise, the staff make every effort to explain everything about the stay, procedures, etc. This is my second Toyoko property and I intend to continue staying at their properties for future trips to Japan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bathroom was spotless. I also loved the adjustable lighting — being able to control both the intensity and tone (white or warm light) was a great touch. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station, and Dotonbori is nearby, which I really enjoyed. Plus, the streaming options like Netflix, Disney , and YouTube were a nice bonus. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Japan!

Very convenient.
It was a three night stay. The location is good, close to all the busy surroundings that attract tourists including us. The train station is just opposite. Checking in and out was quick and easy. We enjoyed the time there.
