15 minutes walk from Osaka station. Just opposite convenient store. Friendly communication with host. Well equipped with air con, microwave, kitchen, accessories. Recommend to stay.
The apartment is small but it has everything you need, it was easy to find with google maps, just ensure you type the address provided exactly (we walked from Osaka station).
Across the road is a convenience store that was always open, just around the corner was a delicious soup bar.
Air conditioning made the apartment super comfortable as we stayed in summer also worth noting there are x2 beds we were unsure at time of booking (3 girls), it was fine for us.
This apartment is great value, it’s not a fancy hotel but if your expectations match the price you won’t be disappointed!
Everything is good but the toilet no have water you have to use only tissue paper it is not ok for me. The location isnot far away from subway you can walk about 700m. If someone is finding th good hotel and cheap Please choose this one is ok.

Small and completcated eccess keys
the place is to small and hard eccessing keys and hard to find the location
I had early check in because the guest check out early morning. There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby.
10 minutes walk to Umeda Station. And 15 minutes walk to Osaka Station.
But the room key may stuck and one day I almost couldn’t get into room, almost be outside the room all night.
Perfect place to eat great food two blocks away from many places....Walking distance to the train to see Jo Osaka Castle and a very quiet room to sleep well in
The code given to open the door was not working. Lucky there was a lady at reception who helped us with the keys. Saw another couple who could not get in as the keys were missing. The room had a horrible wastage odour which was not pleasant. The beds were smaller than expected and only suitable for two people even though we booked for four. The place is only good for if you are going out all day and need a place to stay at night. It is also quite far from the station. It’s a good 15min walk if that.
Once we checked into the room, we found that there were stains and dirt on the bed. The washroom was very dirty as well.
I called Expedia to help with the issue. Expedia told me that "the owner" of the hotel will send someone to come clean it right away. However, "the owner" emailed me and said it was too late for him to get anyone to come. So he gave us another room.
That was not a lot better. The exhaust fan in the washroom and the wifi in the room were not working. The beds smelled like the sheets had not been changed.
Although everything was ok after they cleaned our original room. I will NEVER stay there again!

Very clean
Excellent communication
Internet not very good

Not very clean but convenient location
The only thing that I liked was the location, since the apartment is near Umeda station so it was convenient for traveling. The apartment has no blinds or curtains on the windows, so we need to use the bathroom every time to change the clothes. The bathroom was very small, which is not a problem IF there are blinds or curtains on the window but it was not convenient when changing clothes in there. Since there is no window covering, you need to wake up really early because of sunshine. The beddings are not very clean and the bathroom smells. The owner said that there is a microwave, but there wasn't, and there were no toothbrushes either. I'm usually not a person writing a bad reviews for any knids of products of place, but I would not book here again. Sorry.
We chose this apartment to stay at as it was very close to the subway stations we'd be using.
The apartment was quiet and clean. It was easy to get into and get into with the provided instructions.
I had a comfortable night here and would recommend it for other travelers.
Stayed there as our basis camp for exploring Osaka and everything we were able to reach in a reasonable timeframe with the Shinkansen (which is a lot). We got highly detailed check in information and found the apartment to be large enough for our needs (2 people). The apartment was very clean, fresh towels and bed sheets were provided.
very good location near shopping and plenty of restaurants and close to train station. only issue was room was smaller than expected not enough space in room to move around comfortably

Apartment in the heart of the city
The hotel itself is quite hard to find but we get an instruction from the owner which is very helpful to find the property. The hotel is an apartment where there the locals are living in so you need to lower your voice at night. The room is pretty much smaller than what we saw in the picture; however, it's still larger than most hotels in Kyoto. There is not enough English explanation in the room such as the washing machine and toilet so if you cannot read Japanese that might be a trouble. Also the wifi here is a pocket wifi, the due date for wifi bill is the last day of each month so if you find yourself coming here at the end of the month you might find the wifi has maxed out its data. Overall the place is clean but not that new. The last thing to point out is that the check-out time is quite early at 10 am. so you need to leave the place pretty fast in the morning.
My two friends and I shared the apartment for two nights. It was a bit of a tight squeeze but was enough for three girls and luggage. It was nice to have a fridge and a toilet separate from the shower/bath (the entire floor gets wet in the shower room so it's nice not to have to step on a wet floor after your friend showers). They have pocket WiFi but it didn't work well for us. You won't be able to Facetime or watch videos. We could barely get a webpage to load. There are people who live in the apartment building so you'll have to be respectful of your noise levels, especially at night. Overall it was a nice place to stay and I would again.
Location-wise, you are about a 12-15 walk from Osaka Station (which has multiple malls, Pokemon center, Ghibli Store, food, etc.) The owner provides helpful directions on how to get to apartment and places to eat and visit in Osaka. We traveled over New Years so I can't say if there were a lot of small shops/restaurants directly around the apartment but there is a convenience store right next to it.
I wouldn't recommend for a family with young children, but for a small group of friends (who are capable of keeping noise levels down) it's perfect.
The apartment was much smaller than the pictures shown on the website. The room could not have accommodate 3 adults.
The amenities suppose to include free wifi. However, when we turned on the pocket router, it displayed that the data usage has maxed out. We had to rent our own our pocket wifi.
We stayed there for 5 nights. We were only given 2 sets of towels to change.
There is a washing machine with no English instructions. No cloth hanging space. There is a balcony but I don't see how one can hang their clothes in the winter.
We had to check out from a hotel in Kyotoand asked the owner whether he could accommodate an early check in to the apartment. He did not respond until 3 p.m. The check-in time.
Stayed a few days in Osaka at the apartment early August 2016. Owner sent check-in details with instructions and maps how to get to the building. Very courteous and quick with emails.
Apartment building is a 10-15 minute walk from Osaka station (killer in the heat of summer, but actually very close for the area). Located right across from a Lawson convenience store. More shops & dining options close by as well.
Room was spacious enough for 4 adults with 4 medium sized luggages; would caution travelers with larger luggages to ask about room dimensions, just in case. Separated bath and toilet, washing machine, clothes rack, and kitchenette were very useful. Two western-style beds and two futons provided; comfortable enough but futons were somewhat thin.
Pocket wi-fi also provided, but may be maxed on data for the month - make back-up plans if you absolutely need Internet during your stay.
Overall very happy with the room during our few days stay. Recommended for anyone on a budget with a large group looking for a conveniently located place to stay in the Osaka central area.
This is an apartment without any room service for budgeted travellers. I stayed in a room for four people for 5 nights and felt ok. The room was clean and the environment was quiet. There were two single beds and two bed mats, a small TV, a small fridge, a washing machine, a mircowave oven and two sets of towels for each person. There was a Lawson convenience store at the opposite side. I could walk to the Metro station Yodoyabashi in 9 minutes and Umeda/ Osaka station in 15 minutes. In Umeda, I could use Hankyu 1-day pass to Kobe and Keihan 1-day pass to Kyoto. I could also take Metro to Namba and then take train to Nara and Kansai International Airport.
