Management was very rude and anytime you had a complaint. They tried to put it back on you, which was ridiculous. Like I said I’ve never seen anything like it and this is a big problem. I have enough videos to show how disgusting the rooms were. The cards never worked like I said I’m handicap. I had to keep walking around the building constantly because the cards wouldn’t work. It is one thing after another and the guy behind the desk was nothing but rude.

I had to l mmmyychange rood lmthree I had to change hotel rooms four times when I was there because there was disgustingness in every single room, including dirty, sinks, flooding sinks, flooding toilets, flooding tubs. I had my daughter with me on Tuesday night and the manager told me to just not use the washroom whatever I meant just to wait until the next day until you call a plumber.. for Somebody that’s traveled a lot. I found it very rude and condescending. Most of the people that I dealt with were pretty good but the one manager was insanely rude to me in front of other customers. It just didn’t matter. He didn’t like that I complained and he made sure that he caused me all kinds of problems. I have a disability with my right leg and he would make sure that my card would not work at the back of the building so I would always have to walk around. It was just like the most ridiculous experience that I’ve ever had. unfortunately it was close to my daughter. It was close to my ex-wife and with the procedures that I was having it was financially the best place for me to stay, but it’s not like it’s an $80 hotel room you know what I mean so with the pictures that I have I will be filing some complaints with the health department. I have videos I had to go buy my own snake and Plumber and it’s really disgusting.

This wasn’t even the cheapest firm I’ve ever stayed in, but I would say it was the most disgusting room and I stayed in four different rooms and they were all gross

The front staff weren’t very welcoming and kept speaking to each other in another language during the entire check in process which was frustrating. There’s only one elevator which is ancient and nervous to ride. The hotel rooms were fine. Your basic hotel room, nothing exceptional.

When I first arrived, I was told there would be an extra fee if I wanted to check in at that moment, so I said I preferred to wait. Minutes later, a white man arrived and there was no objection or extra charge for his check in. When the manager realized that I had noticed the difference, he suddenly offered to check me in without the fee. Racism? Sexism? Overall rude attitude. I am never coming back.
