Our room was in the “quiet” part of the hotel according to the front desk, which turned out to be in and odd addition with windows facing the adjacent building and no natural light or views. Thr room was fine and the breakfast and hotel location are very good. We were just not happy with the room location and inability to change rooms due to full capacity.

Hotel itself was fine and very good breakfast included. However, the hotel is a bit of a maze and we ran into many lost souls. It feels like they cobbled together several properties and there are not enough signs directing people. But it’s a good locations and the rooms were fine.

The room location was really weird. We are given a room in another building attached to the main hotel. We didn’t have a direct access to our floor. We had to take an elevator, walk half a mile with our luggage to find another elevator to get to our room. There were no phones in our rooms. Everytime we had a question or book a taxi, we had to hike back & forth to the reception. When I addressed this issue, the guy at the reception told me - this is above my pay grade to solve this problem🙄
