Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Stayed two nights. The room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Very nice comforter. Charging station in bunk. Bunk had its own lighting. Locking storage with each bunk with adequate space. Towels provided. Very little outside noise noticeable. Large sitting area in room. The room had dimmable light. The bathrooms were very clean. Multiple sinks, multiple hair dryers. Showers had heated floor. Shampoo and body gel available. Multi-point room card check for opening doors. Huge common area and bar. Microwave access. Fridge storage. Luggage storage in lobby for a few on separate app. Connected to a grocery store. Very close to public transportation. Only complaint is mold in showers.

The hostel is amazing … very clean, convenient and safe. There needs to be signs in dorms telling people they should leave the room and go into one of the beautiful common areas if they want to talk. People often need to either wake up or go to sleep really early and every night we had woman at all hours of the night talking on their phone, or talking with each other. One night there was almost a fight. Each night people had to ask them to be quiet. There needs to be signs posted about lights out, no talking in dorm/ sleeping area and about preparing yourself the night before if you need to get up earlier than 7 am. Some People really don’t know and need guidance.

I think it is the best hostell i've stayed at. I didnt expect to find a bed already made and fresh towels to my disposal. I found evertything i needed and super with a grocery store next dore. The curtains in front of the beds in the dormotory made the whole difference and it almost felt like my own room.so great for a short stay when all you need is a bed to sleep in ,and a place to work

The space is very new and welcoming, with a nice hostel vibe. At the same time, I was expecting some basic facilities shown in the pictures and description that were missing. For example, there was no kitchen stove or oven. I was also really disappointed by the lack of cleaning of the microwave. I reported this at reception on a Tuesday, and they told me that it is usually cleaned during the Monday shift. However, during the days I stayed, nobody cleaned it, despite me mentioning it a couple of times on the first day. To me, it doesn’t make sense to have beautiful, modern fridges but overlook such basic hygiene. I also understood from the description that there would be coffee and tea available, but the only option I found was a paid coffee machine. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. However, the room was not checked or tidied daily. I stayed for three nights, and the empty beds around me were never cleaned or prepared again. That said, the rooms are new and well designed for sleeping, with useful features like adjustable lighting, comfortable lockers, and a bench that made it easy to dress and organize belongings. Nonetheless, I was not satisfied with the customer service or overall experience. I slept very poorly—partly because of alarms going off from 5:00 a.m. onwards, and also because on the second night another guest snored so loudly (and even talked in his sleep) that it was impossible to rest, even with earplugs.
