Perfectly situated and set-up for couples or small groups looking for a comfortable stop-over for Alps2Ocean trail.

Rate shown is for first 2 people or room, extra adults (17 yrs onwards) $25 per night.

Ideal A2O Overnighter
This house was perfect for our group of 6 cycling adults. It was clean, well equipped and had a large washing machine and clothesline. The beds were comfortable. Our host was extremely easy to communicate with, and our bags were able to be dropped off and stored securely, prior to our arrival. Thank you very much, Tony.

Tony was great to communicate with both before and during our stay. Great location close to all amenities, the dam, lake and river. Our pooch, Millie, had a fantastic time swimming and trying to find rabbits! It's been around 8/9 years since we last stayed and the property looks in need of some maintenance (painting) to spruce it up. Apart from that we had a great time, thanks Tony. 😊

Awesome family holiday home
Tony was great to deal with. A real asset. The house was great. Felt robust and a place we could relax without worrying anything would break. Everything we needed for 11 nights! Couldn't get the dryer to work despite Tony's instructions but Otematata summer meant the clothes line was just perfect. We really had an amazing time. Thanks for letting us prune the bush. We loved the afternoon and evening sun coming through those windows.

A week in Ote
Had a fab time exploring Otematata and the lakes. The bach was perfect with everything as described including being able to bring our dog with us. Communication with owner was excellent. Tony had even been to turn the heat pump on for us as we were arriving on a rainy cold day. He even offered to give us access to the garage to store our bikes. I think he definitely went over and above. The beds were all super comfortable and a bonus to have all linen provided. We’d come back again for sure.

Well equipped very clean
This is a great place with everything you need in the kitchen, very clean, extra blankets, pillows, etc. The only disappointment was it's very close to other houses, there are really no good views. Such a pretty area, though, close to Omarama, Kurow, etc. and really nice owner.
