Nice, clean hotel. Kiddie section of the pool was not open , this is the second time we have come and it has not be operational. Was not very happy to be woken up at 7 am with drilling , hammering etc above our room. This is a very big hotel on and Sunday even stay you think they would not put guests underneath where they are doing construction, or at least let you know they will be waking you up at 7 when they check you in.

What a beautiful hotel. I loved my stay here at Brookside. The rooms are perfect- the beds so comfortable and everything clean. The staff are lovely and so polite and professional. They are so friendly and come across like they love their job. I was so impressed! The bar was fantastic. Again the service was superb. Top notch in every way. And the entertainment!!! Awesome band on both nights. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Food overpriced. Breakfast for 2 people cost 60$ plus tip 70$…. Totally ridiculous. I encourage you to go outside of the hotel for all your meals. A lot of good restaurants in the area. You will not drive more than 10 minutes to get to any restaurant.

My side of the king bed was soft and worn…like a trough in the mattress. And the room smelled like new carpet. And very low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

Had two people working during check-in time, a long line formed, once we were able to check-in staff was short and rude. Kiddie pool is not functioning, yet no mention of this during booking, outside pool is in full shade in the afternoon/evening, and indoor full size pool was being used by a private instructor who took over the whole pool. Overall very unpleasant pool experience. The rooms have shared doors with other rooms that do not block out sound, so we got the pleasure of listening to our neighbours sexual activity until 1am. Check-out was equally as unpleasant. I guess if you aren’t a business professional this hotel wants nothing to do with you, do not recommend.

Service & Experience do not equal the price.
Check in, front desk staff were less than friendly and had difficulty checking us in. After getting into our room, we went to look for ice and there was none and apparently the only way to get some is to ask the front desk. This was at 8pm; it never showed up. Likely busy, but for a stay that was supposed to be a couples getaway, we wound up waiting to hear the door knock. This was the second "meh" experience we've had here so I'd consider booking during a less busy period or going somewhere else.

this hotel is nice. but it is pricey for what you get. there is no breakfast included and the restaurant is a bit expensive. but the out door pool is amazing. and they have a nice indoor pool and got tub as well. the syaff is great and the place is nice.
