I stat often at Holiday inn hotels because I like their consistency in terms of layout , services etc . This one even though appearance wise is similar to others in Canada , it strikes dofferekt to me . The reception staff at night was weird , unprofessional amongst them and just all over the place . Morning staff was better . It is generally a busy hotel and sometimes there are noisy guests maybe due to area and position to the Casino . Unlike other hotels it doesn’t offer complimentary breakfast . The rooms are nice , big , clean but AC both times I went were loud . I don’t think I will go back again , it is just convenient because it is close to my work place .

Found it to be a new, clean, and well maintained property. Easy to access. Good customer service. A beautiful walking / biking trail close by. I would have liked the coffee to be replenished daily. I do recognize that I probably would have gotten more coffee for the Keurig had I asked.

Le seul inconvénient est le manque de borne de recharges électriques, il y en a seulement une pour les autos autres que Tesla, donc pendant mes deux jours je n'ai pas eu accès à une borne, j'ai du trouver les bornes publiques.

Family getaway for parliament visit
Stay was good! Check in quick and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Needed a band-aid but they did not have. Not the end of the world though. Only negative is that they only had one car charger and the person that was charging kept their car there even when their car was done charging. Their should be rules and a maximum time so others can charge Will definitely stay there again.

Good clean room, nice view. Showers are mandatory before and after the pool but no hot water, stairs into the pool super slippery, no grip tape.
