Loved, loved, loved this hotel!! Very luxurious rooms and the soundproofing was great. It is also connected to the Chop restaurant which was nice because it was quite cold when I came so I didn't even have to go outside to get a meal if I didn't want to. Surrounding area has lots of quick food options which was great as well.

The front desk staff are not pleasant the rooms are not all that clean def needs repairs and refresh. In room 128 on top of coroner cleaning in the washroom. At checkout nobody at reception at 5am. Not impressed for a signature property.

Hotel looks newly renovated, clean. Hotel pool and hot tub were a bit on the small side but kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea but wish they had more hot chocolate packs for the kiddos. Overall a pleasant stay.

I was supposed to get a $15 food voucher that I was never given. I was put on a floor that had a hockey team so there were doors slamming all night and the bathroom had toothpaste or some white substance all up the wall beside the sink. Not the best experience and dissapointed I didn’t get my voucher (I didn’t realize until checkout that they didn’t give it to me)
