I had an amazing time at Sonder The O'connor. The place is very well maintained, super safe, and very well located. You have easy access to public transpo, supermarkets, and good restaurants and bars. I would definitely come back again when visiting Ottawa.

Close to transportation,walkable to downtown area . Also walkable to Lansdowne Park. Buses clean,mostly on time. Originally from ottawa so nice to revisit familiar locations.

We stayed in a suite and the kitchen had everything we needed in the way of plates, cutlery cups glasses and cooking items. We walked to a good grocery store and a Dollar store for chips and chocolate bars both on Bank Street, not far away. We found it very quiet and comfortable! All the staff were friendly. When we checked out, there were free, easy to use lockers for out luggage and a good lounge out front. Our trips out of town in different directions were in the early evening so we spent about 4 hours at the nature museum which is a block away. Then came back for pre-booked Uber and Lyft rides. One to the airport, one to the train station. It was a really great stay!

It was a decent place, we got a 4 sleep apartment,(1 bedroom, 1 pull out bed in the living) the bedroom did not have lights in the room, only 2 night stand lights, so it does get pretty dark in the bed room. The tv’s weren’t working and the bedding in the closet was dirty with stains on it, we needed this to put on the pull out couch in the living, luckily we brought our own sheet. The pull out couch is also a little springy so it will hurt your back, we had to put a blanket on top of it to make it a little comfortable.

The room was very spacious. I appreciated having two tables and extra chairs in the room. Room had great lighting. Affordable option within walking distance of downtown Ottawa. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.
