The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the theatre we went to see the Canadian Eh musical, which was fantastic!

Great value for your money, nicely on Elgin Street with lots of restaurants. I was surprised by the kitchen in my mini suite, I could have cooked all my meals, saying that free breakfast was really good! Nice place.

The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly but did what was needed. The room decor is * very * dated and quite worn; it felt like I was staying in my elderly uncle's apartment that was last decorated in the 80s. An artificial spice air freshener smell in the room was so strong that it gave me a sore throat; upon opening the patio door to air it out, I found that the balcony railing on the 10th floor felt rickety, which was not reassuring. That said, it was very clean with everything I needed and then some--including makeup mirror, white noise machine, printer, and several air purifiers and fans. Breakfast was crowded but had a good range of serve-yourself choices, most of them heavily packaged, and a Nespresso machine with espresso, which I appreciated. Some public areas seemed a bit messy. Far from a luxury hotel but you get a lot of useful amenities, and I found the bed very comfortable. Location just off Elgin is buzzy and convenient. Overall, would recommend if you don't mind a place that feels a bit down at heel, but safe.

I enjoyed the location of this property it was very convenient. The room was extremely spacious and very clean unfortunately it carried an old smell, that was offsetting but noticeable at entry. The breakfast was actually really good as well and I applauded the length of time it is available for guests as it gives one an opportunity to sleep in a bit before heading to breakfast. Other than that if you're in the area I'd recommend here for a quality and inexpensive stay I'd recommend this spot.

Our 2 rooms are spacious, partial kitchen and big refrigerators are pleasant surprises. Big screen tv, work desk, location, good parking with small fee, etc., all these convince us to visit Ottawa again in future.

Great location and staff, well appointed gym. Room was comfortable but dated and the couch could use a cleaning. AC was inadequate for the room but eventually cooled the interior. Cramped hallways with service carts on my floor. Would I stay here again? Yes, in a pinch it suits, and is a convenient location.
