Stayed here for a week, and had an excellent time. The room was just as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were fantastic; very polite and kind. Lots of wardrobe space. The area was great; very convenient and walkable to all the parts we wanted to go and close to the University. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, the room very comfortable and clean, breakfast is minimal but ok. the biggest problem is the parking, I did not have a big car but go down to the lower level is a real struggle - I would reserve the three spots on the first floor for bigger car.

Exactly what was expected from the hotel pictures. The weekend breakfast hours of 8-11 isn't great is you want a head start. Parked on the street right outside hotel with no problems. Was great value for the price and would stay again if the opportunity comes up.

My room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarettes. Others on my tour and the nice woman at the front desk concurred. I opened the lovely windows and thought it would be ok. But it was embedded in the pillows and blanket. Everytime you turned in bed stale cigarette cloud. I politely requested another room but they were full. I politely requested a $20 reduction in my costs, they said the manager would get back to me. They offered it for my "next visir" which is not suitable since this was a once in a lifetime visit to Spain. Very frustrating.

A good hotel for short stay
This hotel certainly met our needs for a clean and friendly hotel that is centrally located for the center of Ourense, Spain. The rooms are very basic, even minimalist is their decor and furnishing, so they are not appealing for staying in the room except to sleep. The parking is a somewhat difficult matter. We were told that we could park in the same building for 12 euro per night, but that some of the levels were not available to us and that our car might have difficulty making the turns to get in and out of the building. The receptionist recommended that we use on-street parking, which we did. We highly recommend that option. There were open parking spaces on the same street and there is no charge from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. or from 2-4 p.m. So, it was just the other daylight times that required paying 1.20 euro for 2 hours. Instead of spending 24 euro to park in hotel's cramped building for 2 days we spent about 8 euros on the street, near the hotel.
