Everything looked clean and well kept. The only thing that was a problem, I my pillowcase smelt like an old man's breath, but they fixed it as soon as I told them about it. The bed could've been a little firmer but that's all I like it, otherwise all is well. PS. there was no alkaline water in the gift shop.

Love the location, love the staff. Seem a little understaffed these days and the rooms are showing their age. Clean but obviously not new. Slow drains, chipping paint - not serious. Yet.

Room was spacious. Sink kept backing up and the pillow cases had marks on them. Restaurants we tried 3 of them. Two had great service and the other one staff member was cranky but everyone else was lovely. The drink servers once they knew you were drinking came by frequently. It was a good experience. I'd say 3.8 but not feeling like the bedding is clean is a big deal for me.

Really nice hotel/casino! We never would have known about it but a family member is here in North Las Vegas in a nursing facility after a bad fall and we wanted to be close. This was the hotel that popped up and I’m so glad! We will be back but under better circumstances.
