Check in experience was great until we found out that what was said at the Check-in was totally not true. I have requested rooms near to my friends. Check in agent assure that it was all 3 next to each other. At the end we were far apart and 1 of the room was only available at 6pm. Check in is at 4pm. It has messed up our plan. The agent should have just said that they were unable to assign room close to each other and instead gave us a ready room upon check in as we understand that these request are not guaranteed but when you were told to wait for the rooms as its assigned to be next to each other it is a VERY DIFFERENT STORY... Very disappointed.

I went on a weekend snowboarding trip with my son up to Blue Mountain and stayed at the Grand Georgian. Ever staff member that we met, wether in the hotel, in the restaurants or around Blue Mountain Resort village was nothing short of amazing.

Room wasn’t ready at check in and I got stuck with a lesser quality room, directly next to the stairs. The parking lot is a complete disaster and so poorly designed with no thought. The whole place is a zoo. I got stuck in the underground parkinglot
