Our room was disgusting, the shower curtain had to be replaced, hairs in the bedding and the toilet was a mess. Kitchen floor was sticky and overall the place did not smell great. I feel like this was a major waste of money

It was a nice location. Parking was complicated because it wasn’t very clear where we were going after we had to check in at a different location than our hotel. Our room was nice & clean but there was a lot of hair left all over the bathroom. The worst part was the walls were paper thin & we were put in an attached room to the other room so we could hear everything. The guests next door kept us up all night

The hotel is amazing. It included unlimited rides on the gondola, canopy climbing and has a swimming pool too for its residents. Housekeeping is on request so you can let them know if you want rooms serviced. Cleanliness is good but not great. Amazing view of the Subaru stage from the village suites

The Blue Mountain Village is beautifully decorated with flowers everywhere. I loved that you can walk to most places. Except the beach, you have to take a shuttle. You can also take a shuutle around the village. There are all kinds of shops to browse or shop in and all varieties of places to eat. There are lots of fun activities for kids. Hiking trails as well. The one suggestion I have for improvement is that they are laking in labels for direction, especially for the hiking trails. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all your basics. We did have an issue with our air conditioner which was not fixed. They extended the free parking on our checkout day until 4pm to compensate and we got to enjoy the village a little longer.

Our room had a few flaws... it wasnt as clean as it should have been. And there was no blanket for the sofa bed. It was very dusty and found multiple pieces of dirt on the floors. Found long hairs in our bed by the pillow on the queen size bed.
