We’ve been going to blue mountain for years. It’s a great time, however we noticed the village is very dirty, unkept. All the furniture is very dirty as well as garbage blowing around, we noticed they all the restaurants are very dirty, windows doors, floors etc.. There are many food options on site but it’s all very expensive. I still recommend going because it’s fun however the property definitely needs more attention, especially considering how many people visit.

My one complaint is that everything was significantly overpriced. Asides from that, it was a nice weekend getaway. The Reggae fest was enjoyable. Our room was very clean with an amazing view

When I checked in, I expected the room should be really clean, but there were popcorn on the phone, candies on the floor near the kitchen corner, and an unknown stint on the fireplace fence.

The hotel has been updated. It’s good. Some parts of blue need work but our room was beautiful and the staff was lovely. The plunge needs some work!

From the moment we arrived, it was chaos. The entrance to the hotel was clogged with double-parked cars. No one was managing the entrance so drivers were stopping, honking, and just generally confused as to what to do. On entering the lobby, the check-in line was a 30-minute wait. The room was spacious but shabby--dirty walls, chipped paint, faded, dirty carpet. The HVAC system squeaked every time it came on, so we didn't sleep well for two days. The sheets were scratchy, and the beds uncomfortable. Little did we know, based on the pictures, that the pool is small and becomes crowded with only a few people in it. People were smoking all over the property, presenting a significant danger to our severely asthmatic daughter. There was no room service or breakfast at the hotel. Our room was not refreshed once during our stay. All the staff seemed very angry, based on the conversations we overheard as we went to our room. And the coup de grâce was when, upon checking out, a staff member with a large bin of ripe garbage rode the elevator down with us instead of using a staff elevator (should one exist). We would never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I don't think we ever want to visit Blue Mountain again after this experience.

It was a perfect place to stay with children. Everything was a short walk away. The bedrooms were a nice size, the living area was great and the kitchen was well equipped. All the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go again.
