I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. What was supposed to be a simple and comfortable visit turned into a horrible experience. The morning after our stay, both my friend and I woke up with multiple red bumps on our arms, which we later confirmed were caused by bed bugs.
Not only was our stay uncomfortable, but this situation has caused us stress, inconvenience, and the need to treat these bites. I now have serious concerns about the hygiene and upkeep of your rooms.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to your hotel, and I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately to prevent other guests from going through the same thing.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for our stay. I expect a prompt response and resolution.
