Upon check in we were able to have another room moved so we were all on the same floor and we had friends arrive 2 days later and were also accommodated to be on same floor! Love that parking and some of the activities were now included with our stay- that came as a surprise and we made use of them!

Very entertainging and solitude can be found within the village. My wife and I are refreshed after spending the whole weekend there. Many restaurants, food venders, shops and activities that are sure to catch the eye of any visitors. We will be back soon because there is so many things still to do there.

Everything was good and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and helpful but did fail to mention the f&b credit. But it’s also my fault for not checking my email with all the details. I like that it was located infront of the gondola and within the village. I was surprised to learn that some activities were included in the resort fee which was great

Overall, we had a great stay! Free parking and complimentary access to the gondola, Agora lights, canopy climb, and beach were wonderful perks. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the location right in Blue Mountain Village was perfect. Check-out was also super easy—just dropped off the keys. On the downside, our room wasn’t serviced during our two-night stay, pool access was limited to our assigned building, and check-in took over an hour.

Picked a time that was less busy so was able to enjoy hot tub to ourselves. Was able to check in early so that was a bonus. Had free access to some things but on was the beach and it was closed so thought something else should of been offered in place of that.
