I had a lovely stay at the Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites. I was at the Seasons building and I loved how close you are to everything. It wasn't noisy, we could hear the people in the room beside us but it wasn't bad. I really appreciated the staff putting a little treat in the room and a card for my husband's birthday - that made it very special! We stayed there for 2 nights and had the benefits of enjoying the activities that were included in the stay. Whenever I needed anything in the room I would text the number they provided and the person communicating was always professional and helpful. The room was clean, the outdoor hot tub was great.
The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the housekeeping. You have to request house keeping a day earlier, but they were able to accomodate me the same day - but when I came back to my room, nothing was done, other than the bins getting cleared out and my toothbrush being straightened out on the counter. I reached out to them about it and they said they don't touch personal items and if thats on the bed, they won't make the bed. I just had 1 piece of pajama at the end of the bed and figured just move that aside and get the bed ready. Regardless of that rule, the towels didn't get replaced, or the toilet paper or the kitchen sink getting cleared up. For almost $250 a night you would think housekeeping would be better.
