Disappointing experience.
I recently stayed at Blue Mountain Village Suites (and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. Upon arrival, we were expecting two queen beds aa booked. Instead, one adults were forced to sleep on a pullout couch in each room which was extremely uncomfortable and absolutely not acceptable at this price point. It felt like poor value and misleading expectations. What made matters worse was the check-in experience. While I overheard front desk staff being polite, helpful, and even offering free upgrades to other guests, our check-in agent was quite rude and completely unwilling to help us with any concerns or alternatives. Weeks before arrival, we had specifically called to request that the two rooms we booked be as close together as possible. Despite this, the rooms were placed on opposite ends of the hotel, even though they were technically on the same floor. This defeated the purpose of booking two rooms in the first place.
Parking was also a major issue. We were told there was free underground parking, but finding a spot took over an hour and if you left and tried to come back, good luck to you. The layout was confusing, filled with dead ends, and felt genuinely unsafe with so many cars circling and backing up in tight spaces. Calling this “free parking” without mentioning the difficulty is misleading.
