Excellent space: 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. Need more than 2 chairs on patio for a room this size (4 would be better). One downfall is the night noise. Right beneath our window (poutine and ice cream places) people were so loud we were up very late (1:30am), it was like they were in the room with us. Maybe some soundproofing is necessary if you can’t control businesses beneath/outside.

Fantastic service, as always and we had a wonderful room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the village. I don’t think the heating/cooling was working properly in our room though, it was mostly too hot during our two day stay and there was no way of cooling it. Overall we really enjoyed this stay and appreciate the polite and friendly service.

Loved rhe convenience of having everyrhing you need right outside the front door. The hotel was so clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. If you are are using the kitchen you only need to bring your food. Otherwise enjoy one of the many resteraunts surrounding the property!!

The check in was a little slow but there was only one person running the desk and she did the best she could with the influx of people in the evening. Otherwise we did have some trouble finding the actual entrance to the hotel because the check in location wasn't the same as entrance to the room. Otherwise, the room was great... very spacious, clean, had a full kitchen, and great autumn views. I would definitely book here again.

We went to Blue Mountain to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We all had a great time. The hotel was great and was ideally located to all the activities. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Blue Mountain.

Nice resort with lots to do. Dislike housekeeping knocking on the door before check out to see when we were leaving and either having to pay for underground parking or having to park in a lot far away, especially during off season.
