It has been a pleasant stay. The room is clean and spacious, newly renovated. It has all the kitchen supply so we have decided to make our own breakfast! We have also purchased the unlimited play during our whole stay and the money is well spent. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Great family mini vacation

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and rooms spacious. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beds were fine but could be more comfortable. Location was good and easy to find. Overall good stay. Would stay here again.

When you check in make sure you ask about where your room is in conjunction of the clubs in the property. Night 1, we were across from the Kaytoo club and it was so loud we got no sleep. The village is very noisy all day and night, but this was music with bass all night. I also feel the communication, all though good, is not nearly enough prior. It be great if they had more details on their website of stuff, and invested in an APP for the village to get around etc. Note too - the Gluten Free Options in the village are limited at best.

Staff are great at reception. Room clean and nice. Pool area is a disaster. There were kids with pool noodle in the jacuzzi, splashing everyone in the jacuzzi which is already small, and staff did nothing about it. Water was being splashed everywhere and someone almost slipped and fell but staff at the pool just ignored it.

Blue Mountain Village has become my go to close to home vacation spot. It’s a great way to still get out and have fun without spending a fortune and provides a safe way to let your teens take off on their own. Great food options on arcade axe throwing as well as all the fun amenities that they offer.

A Bit Disappointing

We have stated at blue mountain resorts before as a family and had a wonderful time. We were sadly let down at our stay this time. We had stayed at Season’s prior and it was wonderful and requested a room at Season’s at blue again. We are a family with young children and were given a room that had steps up to the balcony but there was no railing. This was an issue for our young children so we requested a different room with no steps. We were told that there was one other room available and to come to front desk to get the new room key only to find out there was no other room available at Seasons and we would need to go to a different hotel on the resort. We were open to something different as long as it was same room size to meet our family needs. We were told that everything was fully booked and this was the only other room available at the entire resort that was the size we booked. It would turn out that the room was in fact not the same size but much smaller. Moving rooms was difficult and time consuming as one of the elevators was out of service which created long wait times. We found out later that the resort was not fully booked which was frustrating but we weren’t going to move rooms again as it had taken up time from our stay already and not easy with two young kids. Overall the stay was ok, but its frustrating to get something different then you paid for. The hot tub was also out of order, our room had a slight odour, the dishwasher was left full of dishes as well
