Subject: Feedback on My Stay – Parking Incident at Blue Mountain Beach

I wanted to share feedback about my recent stay. Overall, my experience was enjoyable—until the final day at the private Blue Mountain Beach area.
Unfortunately, my car got stuck due to the lack of clear parking signage. This oversight led me to unknowingly drive into an unsafe area, where my vehicle struck a rock and damaged the bottom axle. I believe this reflects a degree of negligence and could be misleading for guests unfamiliar with the terrain.
On a positive note, the team on-site was incredibly supportive, especially Natalie, whose assistance I truly appreciated. I’m grateful for their help during a stressful moment.
However, I’m disappointed with the condition and signage of the parking area itself. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar incidents for future guests.
